Support is really terrible!!
Submitted a 3 tickets on various issues. None was replied for weeks!

We check tickets daily and tend to answer in the same day. Sorry if you had to wait a bit longer, due to some recent major theme updates, we're experiencing increased traffic in our support system, so we're struggling to keep up. We expect this to wave to decrease in following days, so we'll quickly be back on track at full speed.
