First of all, it seems that this rating came just as a result of the expired support. By checking this link you will see that your support is expired and most probably this is the main reason for posting this 1-star rating: proof.

At this moment we are not aware of an existing issue with the theme, in order to generate this negative rating.

You can always renew your support period or let us know via this form what is the reason (the issue with the theme) - We can help you even if your support is expired.

Since you are mentioning a refund request on this rating, we have to report this rating to Envato Staff (on the other hand we cannot track any refund requests made from this account).
