Hello,
I am trying to use the magazine style demo pages however I am getting very strange results. I think my issue is the image sizes that are featured on the post slider at the top of Magazine style 1, Featured images maybe different sizes so I need this option to be fixed and crop if need be. Is this possible for these images, and I’m just missing these options?

Yes that is the post slider and it pulls the full featured image dimensions you have uploaded to the posts. You could use custom CSS though to limit the image dimensions to something that fits for you:
.flexslider-posts-with-excerpt { max-width: 400px; }

Hmmm but on the demo you have 2 images different sizes what would be css that works for both?

The post sliders are resized based the container’s width. The post slider on the top are wrapped in columns and the setup can be seen here:
http://cl.ly/image/061f3P1T2I2rRegardless of image size (if they’re big enough), this will work correctly when set up inside the columns.

Hi,
One question about your template. I can’t get the menu to work like on the demo. If you look at your demo http://demo.theme-fusion.com/ and hover your mouse over the “Pages” you see a nice menu of 4 colums with 4 headers etc.
How do i setup this in my own configuration?

That is the megamenu and it has to be set once you import the data, or setup a new menu.

Hi there I have 2 questions for you, How can I place the google map in the footer??
And when I test the theme in themecheck.dk the comes many HTML errors how come that is??

You can place a regular TEXT widget in a footer widget area, then insert a google map shortcode inside of it. You can follow that same process for putting any shortcode in the footer.

Also, make sure it is testing the actual most recent version. there is a site out there that will not allow a new upload of the theme, it uses a very older version, so that might be part of it as well.

Our woo-commerce allows users to make a purchase without registering to the system. But the final checkout demands to fill username and password, although the two field don’t even appear at the cart/checkout pages.

Hmm are you using a plugin of some kind with Woo? The default process is you can add stuff to cart without signing up, but then to checkout you must have an account and there should be a link there to create one or to sign back in, like this: http://d.pr/i/1gppw

I tried all the shortcodes especially the Image Carousel shortcode but failed to make the images move.

Those are the “related projects” that show up on every single portfolio post (and blog post). They will show other portfolio or blog posts that have the same categories as the main post on that page.
To control those settings, you can go to theme options > extra and look under “elated Posts/Project” settings. Set them to autoplay there.
Also make sure they are enabled for single post pages, you do that in theme options > portfolio for portfolio posts, and theme options > blog for blog posts. You can also disable the related projects carousel on single post page per post in the post options box, so make sure that is not disabled there either.

Which specific part of that website are you trying to replicate? You van put links in the header. I am not seeing an email signup box there though. After a few seconds they do have a popup box for signing up. That is not a feature in Avada but can be done with many different plugins. Optin Monster is one of the most popular ones that does that, and you can use that with Avada.

Hello, I meant the three large circular buttons (turn red on rollover) on the image and not in the header.
Also I meant adding a sign up box within the large image at the top – and not as a popover/plugin. Is that possible to do with your theme?

Generally speaking this would be possible, but only when using one of our sliders, where you can customize this effect. It looks like on the site you quoted, the circles are a shortcode. Currently Avada does not have a shortcode that would create this kind of effect. For available shortcodes and standout box designs, we recommend checking out our main demo at theme-fusion.com/avada

The license allows you to use it on one finished site, so if the first site you used it on is no longer active with Avada, then yes you can move it to another site and use it. If it is still active, then you would need to buy it a second time.

The text on the image rollovers is the post title and categories, they will show by default.
You can disable them in theme options > extra tab under image rollover settings, so please check there to make sure they are enabled.

When you buy Avada it is only the WordPress theme. You need to have WordPress installed on your own domain to then use it.
Avada does include all the demo content you see, as well as the plugins you see on our demo.

There is not a built in feature for that, however that type of thing is bet handled through a plugin. I would suggest searching on Google for that type of plugin and finding one that offers the features you need. You should then use that with Avada.

Hi, before i uploaded our logo (settings) the menu was centered.
After i uploaded the logo the whole menu was completely moved to the left.
The menu stays left even if i remove the logo. Logo is 299×52px.
How can i solve that issue?
