One more question, would be great if you can support me: Is it possible to implement a small contact form for Lead Generation on every page of the website? A contact form that can be implemented freely? I really want to use TheFox but this is a basic requirement for me.

We are using the CF7 plugin and the form can be customized border color, background color, transparency etc. It can be implemented easily on every page.
But if you want to put a contact form on all your page, use one in the footer maybe the best and simplest way to do that

I’ve bought the theme and it looks very good, great work!
I have a question though; i found some unusual id- and class-names in the css, like ’#tm_eaipk1hfxuk32jovkufv’ and ’.vc_custom_1432139246056’.
I already found out that these names are regenerated everytime i refresh the webpage. Where do these id names come from? Are they always generated by the styling from the visual composer? Or are there any other sources?
My concern now is, that i might encounter problems (like custom CSS which will be overruled because of these generated ID’s) when using the custom CSS because of these generated ID’s. Is this concern realistic, or can you ensure me that using custom CSS is harmless at all times?

Those ID and class are generated by the Visual composer so all the module can have their own color.

I’m a developer writing on behalf of Envato user “endeavex”, who recently purchased this theme.
Two questions…
1) It looks like the parallax feature for background images doesn’t work on iPhone. Instead, it just shows a solid color instead of an image. You can see this on the theme’s website (http://thefoxwp.com) under the section called “We loves Fox”. Is there a fix for this?
2) Is there a way to decrease the height of a row as the screen width decreases without using custom CSS media queries? I’m looking for a built-in solution in Visual Composer or in the theme.

1) We noticed this, and made a fix, in the next update a fixed image should be showing instead of the parallax.
2) Currently this is not possible, the best thing to do is to create a custom class and add css via the media queries.

All the premiums plugins we included can’t be auto upload if you don’t have bought those on themeforest, but we are uploading the theme everytime the plugins got an update.
If you download the newest version of the theme you should have the latest plugins version included.

Our main homepage is 12mb so the first time you load it it may takes a little time. It should be more fast for the other pages, do you have the problem on all pages?
Also the loader can be disabled, we just want to make sure that all the images and script are loaded before letting the user see the page.

But I have a suggestion : Guys your doing an amazing job on the RSlider and its so nice and creative, it will be really amazing if you start new category where people can buy custom design ready to just import to any RSlider on any website. If you want to import the revolution slider, we have included all the revolution slider we used in our theme, you should be able to find all the zip files of the revolution slider in the “Slider” folder of the theme.

To delete all the demo contact the fastest way is to reset database, or delete all pages and posts.

I really like the looks of your theme, however I still have not been able to import demo content and I have followed everything suggested including upgrading to higher performance hosting. The server adjustments have been made as described, however it still fails to import. I’m not sure why this is such an issue, as most people don’t have resources as required just to install a theme and demo content. Is this going to get fixed? Thanks

The Translate options should work fine, we are not sure about the custom widget that comes with the theme, I mean we don’t have style/css so it would use the default skin of the plugin.
If you want to be sure that the translation are working we will do a test today and give you the result asap.

The plugin seems to work fine, but you are not sure about one thing, the language drop widget doesn’t work even with the default wordpress theme, maybe it’s because we don’t have the po and mo file ready for the language.
Maybe you can post a ticket on our forum and tell the thing you want us to test to be sure that the plugin are working like you want to.
The interface and setting of post in multi language and multi site are working.
Just a problem with the widget.
