How can I adjust the logo size for the sticky header? I want it to be smaller than it is.

I just purchased this theme but I don’t find the master slider or visual composer plugin files anywhere?! – Where are them? (I just see their documentation). Also can these plugins be used on another site without the Porto theme?

Hello. I was able to install it successfully like that, however I wanted to use Master Slider on another site, I copied the plugin folder but it is not working. Is this possible?

There is a bug in the single product page. 1. Pls check the H2 tag 2. If i set an H2 title on Description. That will not display.

I decide to buy this theme. All features are very good. But i have found a little think which i need. In the theme have no option to select product size for customers. As like in stock have a T-Shirt in three different size Small(S), Medium(M), Large(L), The customer want to buy a T-shirt of Large(L) size. But in the product page have no option to select this size. If have the option then please tell me how to add this. Or If no then tell me that can you add this option?

Payment option is not related to theme features, wordpress supports it.

There is no FTP account as mentioned earlier in the mail. Other Themeforest themes work perfect.
Well, could you try to test on another dev server that you have ftp access? and we also need to check via ftp to help you.
It works fine on other server, the problem appears only on OpenShift.
The drop down menu(primary menu) doesn’t show. I see the arrow but when i take mouse on it, it doesn’t open up
Please regenerate Theme CSS in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS. Please check after refresh browser cache.
Also in the drop down menu it show on top blue color border, how to change that color?
You can change in Theme Options > Skin > Main Menu.

1. When edit the visual composer elements, please add the following extra class name: m-b-none 2. When edit “Interactive Banner 2” element, select “Style” to “Style 4” and “Image Opacity on Hover” to “0.8” and “Background Color” to ”#0088cc” in Color Settings section, 3. We used Porto Product Category element. When edit this element, you should select the category.

Had an issue with the Woocomerce product variation on various colour and size choices. On a few post you say to dectivate the ‘Woocommerce Color Image Variation Select’ plugin, which makes it all now work. Do we keep this deactivated or do we need to reinstall or what? Great theme by the way.
Hi, You should create the product attributes in Products > Attributes on admin sidebar. You shouldn’t add the attributes when edit the product.
I notice there are additional demo versions in the Magneto theme. Does the WP version have the same demos and include this http://newsmartwave.net/magento/porto/index.php/demo15_en
This demo is not included in wordpress version.

Well, it may require some work to make that demo style, not available by VC’s features.
Is this theme compatible with Visual Composer?
Also, The Product CSV Import Suite WooCommerce extension lets you import and export products to and from WooCommerce. You can import hundreds, even thousands, of products using one file. Is this compatible? I have a store that will feature over 5k products and want to be able to upload them all at once.

Porto includes Visual Composer as well as VC Ultimate Addon plugin, we did not tested with the product import extension.
so when I have porto 1.4 from spyropress I again need to purchase the theme again? Okler, sw-themes spyropress isnt it all the same company? How come that different companies have ecaxt same themes?

Spyropress and we are different author. You should contact Spyropress to get support for the item that you purchased. Okler is the author of Porto HTML , and we made Wordpress/Woocommerce version of Porto.
When i Add/edit blocks Visual composer doesn’t show. It only shows for pages. Can you tell me how to enable to for blocks?
