Maybe I am going crazy, though what ever you have done to the version 2.1.4, the team pages do not want to work anymore. You try and VIEW TEAMMATE and decides to give page 404 error. The only difference is I updated the Theme to newest version and now broken.
Have to go back to the older version of the theme.

I asked BrainStorm, and they suggested that it was because the theme author (The 7, you guys, for this case) disabled some API and therefore some settings are missing.

Yes we do disable some features in VC and Addons by 2 reasons:
1. Compatibility.
2. Features are already present in theme and do not provide any additional benefits.

The reason I want to have the design option tab in the Row was because i want to make the row to row distance to zero.
and however, it has been disagled by the theme.
Please advise either of the above method (1) to enable the addon back

(2) how to make row to row distance to zero without the use of the design option tab to amend the padding

Hi, I appreciate that the theme has constant updates and in the admin area it can update itself automatically but the only info I can see at that admin area is “you have the latest version of the theme”. How do I know if I indeed have the latest version on my server? Is it possible to indicate when was the theme updated and the version of the theme currently installed? Thank you.

Newest versions are 2.1.3 for The7.2 and 4.4.11 for the first generation of The7 theme.
If you still on The7 mk1 (and do not want to migrate to The7.2) you can update theme to v.4.4.11 manually.
where do I check this version information in the admin area?
WP-admin > Appearance > Themes.

Hello. Are RTL full support is planed on the future. Acutaly the theme supports rtl but several issues and plugins on visual composer are not rtl-ed and some just haven’t support. We can help to translate the theme to rtl, hebrew and arabic but my developers can’t understand the code. They said that rtl sting is exist but not working. I can send you the issue in your own support fot this.

I have 7 of the7 licenses, the last two being 7.2. Since I don’t want to hassle with upgrading the other 5 and fixing differences, I plan to just leave them 7.1. So every time I see an update notice I check all of my 7 download options in themeforest/evanto and they all download 7.2.
Can you tell me what the latest 7.1 is (I have 4.4.4) and if you plan to make any future revisions, and if so, how would we know?

Newest version of The7 mk1 is 4.4.11 (update was released couple of days ago).
In order to update you need to download full theme package from ThemeForest, unzip it and locate installable file in “Old Theme” folder. Unfortunately updates for The7 mk1 have to be performed manually (at least at this moment).
OK, thanks. Now, I actually always update my themes manually; is there a way to do so from within the wp-admin panel for 7.2?
To be more precise, in one of my 7.2 sites, I’m running 2.1.1. When I go to appearances-themes and click on theme details, there is no message that I can upgrade….
Never mind; figured out that I have to disable the child theme temporarily to make the update process work, then insert the api key. It’d be nice if you could fix that but it’s not a big deal.

Hello Team, I have Version 4.6.9 of the Revolution Slider on my distinctstrategies.com customer website.
On the mobile version the slide uploader is not shutting off. It covers the website and spins. Does not happen on the desktop version.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? If I need to reinstall the plug in do I need to deactivate the original to then upload the new one? I looked at the plug in in my new 7.2 download but it listed the plug in as version 4.6.9 too so I am up to date.
Any Ideas??

I’m currently using Wordpress 4.2.2 (latest version). When using you theme (latest version) I seem to be having problems with the text block editor. There is no toolbar to edit text and no shortcode bar either. As if Tinymce is not loading. It seems to be stuck in text mode (html mode).

There’s no such feature in slider build into theme.
There MAY be such feature in Slider Revolution or Layer Slider (that comes bundled with theme), but you want to double check it with those sliders authors.
