This is a urgent question. I tried compiled css in Theme option. Then suddenly appeared left menu (panel id is “nav-panel”) What happened? How to hide nav-panel to website.

What is the panel.php in porto theme directory. It’s included the “div id nav-panel”, so how setting it or disabled it?
The panel will be show on mobile device (small screen sizes). Will be show the main menu and top navigation, view switches in the panel.
Ok, I understood, but why it is shown in desktop browser? I only tried compile in theme option :”Compile Default CSS” then displayed, so how to disabled it. (only “It depends on your customization.?)
When resize the browser size, will be show the panel. If you want to remove on desktop browser, you should customize porto theme.

How too reduce margin into elements?
You should change the Grid Gutter Width in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS. After save change, you should click Theme CSS and Plugins CSS, etc.

menu fonts….where are the definitions. size, weight etc I dont see them in the “menu” section of the theme options.
We didn’t added the menu font size, weight options in theme options. You should customize the styles.
so a little more help then…whereas i identified the menu menu-menu-1, and i can change the font size, but the font weight is not changing even if i put in !important;

I have a submenu on the top menu (languages)....and no matter how hard i look in the “skins” I cannot seem to find the options for changing the submenu…its presently blue background with the “menu text being the same color)

it works better but what would be the css to add to at least give the menu items in the pulldown a different color on the hover? (though i would prefer the standard background hover color to change)
We didn’t add hover color option. Could you add custom styles? You can check the styles with firebug on firefox or chrome inspect tool.

Im unable to load any demo, ive increase the max execution time up to 600 but fail to do it.
i follow the instruction on your documentation but nothing near to success, ive installed all relevant plugins as required.

i have increased max execution time to 30000 memory_limit = 256M my hosting provider is goDaddy.
still unable to load the demo.
is there any other way i can do it manually
i got it sorted out by calling the hosting provider and they help me to increase the master value and all looks good now.

I am working on single product page with multiple product options.
My problem is that when I changed on ‘Variable product’s to get the multiple product options, the product page look like this (first photo).
The real price is not where it should be, what I get instead is a price range. I dont want to see the price range.
I wish the page would have the standard layout of a single product page were the price is on top and it change only when I choose the other product option.

I don’t have a solution. This widget is woocommerce default widget. You should delete the category in Products > Categories.

You might wanna know that there is an issue with the megamenu on ipad. Just try to click on it an you will see that the first dropdown opens but the 2nd click work differently.

1) I have a problem with the search box. It doesnt matter what keywords I search I always get same results. How the search option works? Is there anythink I should change on the product page? I think It was fine before the update.
2) I would like to create an option on the product page e.g. cosmetics100ml a for$20 or cosmetics200ml for $28.
Also an option buy per box of 6 or single item.
How can I do it?

Hi, You have to admit that the page without search box is worth nothing these days. I really need to fix the problem and I think you shouldnt leave me with it just like that.
the Ajax search work incorrectly but the standard one works fine. Do you know how it works? Does it checks the title or keywords in other section of the product page?

Search is working correctly. For example, Easycleaning® ALCOHOL BASED GEL 500ml This product have Aftercare cream product tag.
I cleaned the tags to show you the problem.
When I search aftercare or cream, non of AFTERCARE CREAM 50ml or 100ml show up within results. Also when you search by specific category I would expect to see only products from the spesific category, not random.
Is there anything I could do without destroying the theme, e.g. reinstaling the plugin etc or just give me an idea where to look, what to do?

Could you disable the category field in search form? You can change “Show Categories” to “No” in Theme Options > Header > Search Form.
purchased the template and has been trying to download the <20Mb file since couple of hours ago, has been so frustrated unable to download it.
Initially thought that it was because of my internet connection but downloaded other template from envato market without any problem for a file >100Mb

Hi, Please configure footer text and link colors in Theme Options > Skin > Footer. We are going to add the logo max widths in next release. Next version will be approve next week. Could you update porto theme in the future?
