Hi I am trying to change the menu font color, menu background color, menu link color, top page background color in the product page…...and also i am saving the pages but nothing to getting change …..its very scared…...Please tell me How to change this perfectly.

Could you change the colors in Theme Options > Skin? If it’s not working, please change the permission of the following folders to 777 or 755. porto/css, less, scss Please click save changes and check your site after refresh browser cache, wp cache, hosting cache.
Hi,
I am trying to implement a chat client (casengo), for which I need to integrate code into the footer. This since, i want to show the chat client on all pages and the chat box at the bottom right.
However, when I paste the code in footer.php before the closing body tag, within my child theme, there is no result. I also tried the same thing with footer 1 (footer of choice, but still nothing.
Can you provide me with any help or tips, to solve this?

You should copy footer folder in wp-content/themes/porto into wp-content/theme/porto-child? You should customize footer-1 or footer-2, footer-3 php files in footer folder of child theme. If it’s not working, please send me wp admin and ftp accounts. Let me check.

Hello, Your theme is good. But want to know about Currency Switcher and Language switcher. Its just a menu you put in WP, how i can make those functions working?

Hi, These are just a menu. You can show wpml language switcher and currency switcher instead of the switcher menus. You can configure in Theme Options > Header. Regards.
Do you have the option for custom css/js (during mobile view)?
You can add custom style and js codes in Theme Options.
Also for mobile view? I mean these custom css/js rendered only during mobile view (same as Flatsome theme).
Porto theme don’t have this feature.

You can find dummy files in inc/plugins/importer/data folder. Please import with wordpress importer plugin.

You should change the product image sizes in Woocommerce > Settings> Products > Display. After change the sizes, you should regenerate all the product images in Tools.Regen.Thumbnails.
Our customer don’t wabnt to show the sub category images is there a easy way of hiding them ?

I really like the porto theme. But at the moment i am having a problem. I use product bundles in my shop. The porto theme does display them but for some reason the theme doesn’t display the product photo. How to solve this?

I have a problem with mega-menu. I installed the plugin Menu Image https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-image/ and now instead of mega-menu displays the usual drop-down list. Block Menu Ads also no longer displayed. I have disabled the plugin, but it did not help and the menu still looks awful. Is there any way to restore the mega-menu without restoring a backup of the entire site?
I don’t have a solution. You should restore again. You can add a custom class in Fontawesome Icon Class when edit the menu item.
Tell me please, what files in the theme are responsible for the mega-menu? I’ll try to restore only those files. If I change the Header Style it still remain as a drop-down list. Or settings are stored in the database?
Fontawesome Icon does not help me do what I want. I tried to show logos of brands in the menu.
If you are using porto old version, could you check after update porto theme. We fixed some issues in mega menu. If you want to customize, you should change inc/menu/menu.php.

Button Import)), i get a timeout gateway. I Ask my Hoster to solve the Problem. He give me maximum Power. But i have still the timeout gateway by import the sample data. Do you have a idea to solve? I have solved the problem. My problem was, after twice import to get it done, the each mainmenu buttons was double in the frontend. SOLUTION: In the backend – Design – Menüs – you can choose your menus and delet the doubles.

Hi, Please delete all the menus in Appearance > Menus. Please click again “Import” in Theme Options > Import Demo > Import Dummy Content.

separate the top menu and side menus from the “bullets”. Apparently they all use the same bullet definition for their sizes.
I seem to have trouble identifying the top menu, and side menu in terms of css (div) inorder to change their sizes….can u help?

This is maybe bug in proto theme. If I want a top menu by role, so I install “nav menu role” plugin, but your setting occupied and not seen it.

At present you appear to be on Porto version 2.1. The HTML version is currently 3.8. Will you be updated the WordPress version of Porto to 3.x soon and if so when?

I have another problem. When I’m trying to add some content in a new row, its width streched left and right side. I’m using “Home Version 11” as front page. In the demo content, rows and contents has space left and right side.
I want to add 3 content box in 3 columb arranged width ‘3 columns – 1/4’ with spacing left and right I mean not streched content.

I know its is not tested with your theme.
IT works ok. The thing is It works on my blog and the footer BUT for some reason it “refuse” to work on the MY ACCOUNT PAGE. It is visible only when I am logged in. Apparently it use “hooks” what ever it mean but there is a shortcode for a manuall implamentation.
Is there any way or place where I could paste in the social media login shortcode?
*Also I would like to see what kind of functionality logged users would have – is it just the address and delivery address?
I wish I could add something extra like e.g. order history etc.
Maybe there is a plugin for it?
