1. Do you mean the grey space (background of ‘Video Musik Coldplay’) or the white space under it?
2. It’s due to video resolution. Due to responsiveness, the height of video frame will expand so it cannot fit the video resolution

Please click video “Game of Thrones: The musical”, from Coldplay video, and you can see, there is no black thin line on top and below the video. (i am using YouMax plugin for this feature). This is not happen on TrueMag video posting. I hope can do the same, but If we can not hide the black thin colour, its ok…

i wish to import 255 videos from youtube. i have seen the option for using the plugin: YouTube WordPress plugin – video import
but also i can see on his page that the price is 22$, do i need to pay this amount additionally to the theme’s price ?
or it’s possible to use it for free after i have purchased the theme ?

Hello, Page Navigation doesn’t work on categories.Only first page of category shows and there are no option to drop down or to other posts.Can you tell me what to do…

Hi, excellent theme. Is there a way I can filter smart content box content by date range? For example, can I have a box that display this weeks content, and another that displays this months content (minus the last week) on the same page.

OK, that partially works. Is there a way that I can tweak the date? I want to omit the last days post in the ‘This week’ section and the last week in the ‘This month’ section, to avoid overlap. If you point me in the right direction please?

Ok, I will attempt to do this using a post grid. It’s a shame that smart content box is limited in that way. It might be something you’d like to implement at some point. I think it probably is possible (just a tweak to the parameters you are passing) but it’s beyond me at the moment. Maybe you could point me in the direction of the relevant bit of code and I’ll have a look at it and see if I can do this myself?
I had a few other questions: Why do the left and right advert positions have a delayed scroll effect? They sort of float there.
Can I change the item limit of listing pages from 10 to 12 or any other number?
If I do try to reproduce your smart content box using a post grid how would I pull the views/comments/likes information from posts to display them in a similar way? Is there a grid elements template that you could recommend to get me started?
One more thing, as a workaround I considered separating my smart content boxes by tabs but then I saw in an early post that this doesn’t work as tabs load as they are opened and smart content boxes need to be initialised when the page loads right? Is there a way I could get this to work?

1. If it is just a few lines of code, we will help. However, in this case the WordPress API does not provide that you are wishing for. Thus, it’s more complicated than you think.
2. The side Adverts are meant to behave like that
3. Yes, you can change the posts per page parameter in Settings > Reading
4. Well, please look into Smart Content Box shortcode (plugins\truemag-shortcodes\shortcodes\smart-content.php and themes\truemag\inc\classes\class.content-html.php
5. No, it won’t work with Tabs

How do I enable the display of video length/time on the thumbnails when using video blog mode with latest posts set as homepage?
Also how can I alter the submit a video form to allow people to actually upload a video instead of just linking to a URL?
And also add a check box confirming that a user agrees to our terms of service before uploading or submitting a video.

1. There isn’t an option to do that. You will need to edit code.
2. Our theme does not support video upload
3. While editing the submit form, you can add a checkbox and make it required. Users will have to tick the checkbox before submitting video.

2. really? Seems like a big omission. Your theme is so awesome and would be truly an ultimate video tube theme with video uploads. I am using it on my most popular website which has a community and I will have to use a third party plugin to allow them to upload. Do you recommend a plugin that is best? Do you guys plan to add this feature at all?

2. Well, we know that. However, developing a video uploading requires a lot of work and we haven’t got a plan for it. An option we think is that users should upload their videos to a cloud storage and that submit link to your site.

Hi, I really love your theme it is very nice. I have a few issues though:
1. I cannot get flow player to show even though I installed the plugin for flow player it simply shows the standard wordpress player.
2. video.js is a great player but when I try to use it it does not fit into the video content area correctly.
3. where is a full list of the truemag shortcodes?
4. on mobile devices in portrait mode the video title and “more videos” drop down button display overlapping the video player itself.
5. does your cross browser functionality using multiple video formats work for every player in the list in theme options?

1. Make sure you have configured in Theme Options > Single Post/Video > Player for Video File
2. Maybe there is a css conflict. Please submit ticket and provide site URL so our staff can check
3. We do not have full list of shortcodes. However, all shortcodes are available in classic editor and Visual Composer
4. Please provide site URL so we can check
5. Size of players may vary due o some reasons (video format/size, default player css…) We can fix using some custom CSS

The new video-site map feature looks really cool. My only problem is I have 30,000 videos and it looks like you create 1 site map vs. multiples so the page is not a billion lines long. Is this something you will change in the future for larger sites so we comply with Google’s site map rules?

Are you mentioning Metro Slider? Pictures are in fixed size so you will need to run a Regenerate Thumbnail function to resize your current images

Hello creator,
I changed the container max-width, now the revolution slider is not centered. How do i change the default coordinates of the fixed object? The only reason it is not centered, is because it is centered to a max-width of 1050, and i changed the max-width to 940.

In our case ipad’s couldn’t play the videos we think because of the autoplay being not allowed by ipads. We’ll edit the theme code to prevent this. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

If you are using Safari on iOS (iPhone, iPad), it’s not possible to autoplay videos unless users click on the player.
