Can I use light footer version? If yes, how this can be achieved?
Porto theme have 3 footer type. You can select the footer type in Theme Options.
So that means you don’t have light version like HTML Template. Any plans of adding it in next update?
Hi, You can configure easily footer light version. You can change the footer background colors and text colors in Theme Options > Skins > Footer. Regards.

Within your documentattion ERROR:
‘After installing the Visual Composer please go to Visual Composer > General Settings and make sure to check the following checkboxes under Content Types: post, page, product, block, faq, member & portfolio. After making the changes please click Save Changes button.’
The screenshot within the documentation/ plugin configuration shows the products check box is NOT selected.

Hi, You can check product if you want to use visual composer page builder when edit the product. We will edit again the image.
EDIT : Ok nevermind. I didn’t see the demo import being built into the theme. Bravo on that.

It seems you purchased original Porto theme, you should contact the author Spyropress who made original Porto theme.
Original Porto wordpress theme was removed permanently due to lack customer service. And this is kind of new version, mainly purposed ecommerce theme which is completely different with old one.
That there is a lack of customer servive is bad and a good reason to take it down, but when you place the new version online again, it is not fair that I have to buy it again. I bought Porto Wordpress Theme and this is the exact same theme, with some new features.
I want updates etc, but I dont want to buy it again.
Please contact the author Spyropress for new update. Its your choice to buy it again or not. Please understand that you purchased Porto theme from Spyropress, not from us. And it seems you already used original Porto’s features, this new Porto theme is completely different with old one’s, just using same styling now.
I contacted them, but it is totally crazy that you can delete an item from themeforest, update it and replace it so that people have to buy it again. It looks like fraud to me…You are getting double money for the same item (incl. some new features). So I will also contact Envato, because this just doesn’t seem right…
Sorry for the inconvenience. As I said above, you do not need to purchase again. You can just use orignal Porto wordpress theme that you purchased and get update from Spyropress who has obligation to do it. This won’t happen again in the future.
Easy Google Fonts Plugin did not work with “Porto Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme”

PS: If I need to pay for better secured theme, a more detailed documentation and better written descriptions within the theme options, I will. Can you guys make a hard brick wall around this theme? Many plugins & Jetpack is breaking me apart. Still, this theme is worth much more than $58 to me.

Hi, Presale question, Is the translation option ready to be used onlyin the ‘corporate model’ in fact need all the tools widgets EXCEPT the woocommerce, coz my site is not an e-commerce site. Therefore will the login/register page ( for contents to be changed on front-end) and translation tool still work (i will need english, french and chinese..) ? Thanks for the response.

Hi, Porto theme is compatible with wpml plugin. You can translate the texts with wpml plugin. You can deactivate woocommerce plugin. You can install wordpress login/register plugin. Regards.

Hi, how can i make a product filter for City’s? I like to have a filter with name of a City. If i click on the name of the city ther should be only product available in that City. for example if i choose “Manila” and category “Tools” it should only show Tools avialable in Manila.

Hi, Please configure again the image sizes in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display and regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen.Thumbnails. Please change the container width and click Save Changes and click Theme CSS, Plugins CSS in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS.
