You can add menu custom content in theme options. You can add more links. You can customize easily the mobile menu.
Hi, thx for your reply. When I look at your demo, version 3 then on the main page is no translation button. (I would use wpml). When you go from there on the shop the translation is possible. Why not on the main page?

Hi, Porto theme don’t have the hover image flip effect. Could you customize porto theme? We don’t have a plan to implement social media login. Could you install wordpress social media login plugin? You can find on codecanyon. Please check after enable minify options in w3 total cache plugin.
no, no, I might called it differently. The porto theme has that as I have that on my screen. I just dont know where to disable or enable this option.
On the product carousel when you put mouser over the image, it change to the 2nd image (from the product galerry).
Where can I find this option to control it?
You can disable Enable Hover Image Effect in Theme Options > Woocommerce > Shop & Product Archive.

The page is live so I can’t really provide access to it. I will provide you screen shots of any settings you wish. I know for sure this is not caused by any plugin as I created the new page from scratch (a week ago) and I have instaled the other plugins after proper testing.
From the very beginning of the instalation, after I uploded product images this ‘efect’ is not active.
I am almost sure that my current settings are same as I had before. This why I had to ask for help as it doesnt work.
Please let me know what could I do and what screenshots I could provide. TeamViewer is also possible (via email)

also there is a cross browser issue with image background on chrome.
When edit the product, you should add product gallery. First gallery image will be show when hove the product in shop or product archive page. Please check after delete all the caches. Please send me a testing url for browser issue.

You can also view the website under chrome. You will see cross browser problem – while scroling to the bottom of the page the image bg is “jumping”
Have a look also at the cross browser problem with the image bg. IF you scrol down the page the image will “jump” and reload. It happens only under google chrome.

Hi there, I would like to thank for fixing the problem I had with the hover flip effect. Well, someone from the support had been so nice that he actually agreed to access my page via team viewer and he managed to fix 2 problems at once. I know that this is not a typical activity so I think its worth to mention it.
It took me a while to get it 
but the most important is the fact that I had recived the support I needed.

On my site the frontpage slides stopped showing, widgets stopped showing, it only shows that it’s loading them endlesly, and no other blocks with images are shown as they are not loaded.
On blog page all main images are not loaded only shows the text.
Please tell me what to do asap. Like the lazyload or what you use is not working anymore.

Another bug, but unable to reproduce this every time. On desktop, sometime the mini cart button never loads. If that happens, then “add to cart” on front page results in a blank white round on images.
If I hit “F5” several times, everything comes back to normal. However, this is happening more than once.
Could you please check this?

Hi, I think the loading speed of your site is slow so mini cart font isn’t loading correctly. Please enable browser cache and check again.

I bought a while ago the theme PORTO and to my surprise today when I went to see if he had any theme update came the message that has been discontinued, a quick search through the site found that it still exists … How do I have access to this new version , because on my screen downloads it appears as discontinued ?
Original Porto wordpress theme was removed permanently due to lack customer service. And new Porto wordpress theme is completely different with old one, its mainly purposed on ecommerce, and equipped with different short codes, visual composer etc. For the new update, you should contact the author Spyropress, not us.
We just bought the ‘Porto’ theme for our website. After the download and a try to install it, a message appeared: “zip is incomplete”, and it denied the installing. We want you to help us or, in another case, a refund.

Hi, I did manage to install the theme & I selected version 6 of the theme. It was working alright. But once I updated the woocommerce plugin the pictures stopped showing up in the website. What went wrong? Any bug which should be fixed in the theme?
We fixed this issue and improved the features. Please update porto theme and check again.

You may purchased another Porto wordpress theme from the author Spyropress. It was removed permanently due to lack customer service.

It appears, there is some conflict /bug with recent release of “YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search” plugin.
When you enable product search as default “Search Content Type” in theme settings, all images stop loading. I tried this on a fresh install and can confirm this. It looks like a jQuery conflict. When I deactivate YITH plugin, everything works fine.
Could you please check this?

Will this work with the composite product and bookings plugins from woocommerce? It’s basically like product groups, prdocut add ons, but a bit more complex. A standard plugin from woocommerce itself.
Also, how is the quick view ad add to wishlist functionality implemented? Is it using a plugin? Is it Yith? Or the standard woocommerce ones.
What about the sale / new badges? How are those implemented? Is tehre a plugin that’s being used under the hood?
Is the theme compatible with nav menu roles plugin?
And what about gravity forms? How do the forms render?
And is the Visual Composer plugin a fork of the original one or just the latest version without any changes?
And regarding the checkout page is it possible to have the pyament fields on the right as opposed to below the customer information fields?

Oh No…bad news. It seems that after working on the Theme for past 2 weeks: 1. Scroll to Top did not show in mobile smart devices. 2. Compile CSSs did not work. I get a blank screen after selecting any of them. 3. Select Demo Version- returns a white screen. And all I did in Themes Options was wiped out (favicons, background, layouts, colors, links or href, contents written within theme, Company Logo!!) I don’t even get that theme version done properly! 4. Duplicate import contents/widgets/sliders – You need to do it all the time? Can the theme just pop up the Note: Do it only once if you successfully complete. My menus x8 times when I import 8times! Plenty of deletion work to do.
There’s no clear FAQ documentation on these. The author need to explain more clearly in docs. Full doc of this theme was not accompanied with downloads too.
As a novice, I need a ton of help. I know this Great Team can help the above. I have a nation-wide product to launch this week (sure sell), did my marketing and gave many promises…but this theme stalled me. I had to delete everything in my public_html & SQL databases and START FROM SCRATCH. Very painful stuff when I am pressing for them I even deliberate very long should I write my comments here. I need to know support time daily it seems they respond to my email 11-12am GMT+8 only. After that I get no support during the day and I am stucked.

Just had to delete Porto & Child again. 5 hours after working. Compiling CSSs returned blank screen and the styles went haywire. Even icons are missing, menus cannot work, Master Sliders and Products won’t load.
Think the search form is buggy. Turned it on after reinstall themes, my problems on styling are back. Turn it off, they are gone.

I did create a php.ini in my wp-admin, and extended execution time like you said. It failed to import demo.Failed to compile CSSs…I am so scared of compiling now in my child theme.
