I am in urgent need of support, I have a big problem with Visual Composer – returning 404 error whenever I try to add or edit page or post. I need to get my site back up asap.

I have put in a ticket but no response. I have hired a technician that was costly but no help. I have been on support with my host, no help. Now they wish to restore my site to a week ago. So we will try and that then install the theme again.

I love this theme and I have put aside this weekend on my store to get it running and I am loosing time.

I await some help.

Regarding categories, there are category shortcodes which you can put on the page, but it is not styled as those list product page. Our support could help you with that, once you purchase a theme, you can submit a ticket on https://select.ticksy.com/

Regarding plugins, unfortunately we didn’t test cloud zoom plugin that you have mentioned. We know that ‘YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier’ works fine.

If you have imported our demo, you can go in Appearance -> Widgets and you will see ‘Shop’ custom widget area there with all widgets inside.

If you are making demo on your own, you will have to create custom widget widget area (from Appearance -> Widgets also), insert widgets in there, and assign that widget area to previously created Shop page (from our custom fields under the content filed on page).

As for the ‘sections stacking’ on mobile phone, as every div stacking, first goes left than right section, than second left, than second right, and so on… You can put all your background images on one side.

It’s hard to say how much work is needed to convert blog posts from Replay theme to our theme as we can’t see all differences without installing Replay theme. From the list of features I can see that they have different Custom Post Types. Also, they have different shortcodes. If you convert, you will need to edit each post which has different setup than the one available in our theme
