The point of register/login is if you want to add a forum like bbPress, etc, so obviously is optional. Or, you can use the register/login option and from Settings > General > New User Default Role, select “Contributor” and the new users will be able to add an article via WordPress Editor, submissions automatically create a post in “pending” you can select “Publish / Pending or DrafT” status so that administrators can review the item before it appears on the site.
For submisions, I’m using this plugin. AccessPress Anonymous Post – is a responsive HTML5 form to allow your website users (guests/visitors/not logged in users) to submit a Standard WordPress Post in an easy and customized way, including featured image.
My Theme doesn’t require the Visual Composer plugin, but works perfectly with it, if you want to use it, feedback from other customer regarding VC (the customer have purchased more than +500 items). My theme display the latest articles and is created with HomePages Templates, you just simple create a page and choose the homepage you want to use and from Theme Options you hide / display some options: Big Search / Featured Articles, Top Articles, etc.

Then, i have installed a event plugin and i have put the tag event articles like “featured” in this way i see the events in the homepage carousel but the count of views and the date are mistakes. The count don’t run (see “Snoop Dogg in concerto all’Arenile Reload” for example”) and the date of pubblication is mistake because today, 29/06, i have posted the event “Fiordifesta 2015: Sagra del Fiordilatte di Agerola” but it say that i have posted the event 1 mounth ago.
But these are only some example of events… All events have issues with views and date. Before i had only the articles on the homepage carousel and i haven’t problems. There is a solution to see correct views and date also of event in homepage carousel?

The theme works perfectly, the counts / datetime ( time ago ), so please disable the plugins that doesn’t come with my theme, maybe there’s a conflict with the plugins you are using.

Nice theme! But seems like only the category menu is shown in mobile view and the top menu is not. Is this true or is there something I am missing.

What you show in the responsive menu, is up to you, you can create a menu, were you can drag and drop all pages / links / categories, etc. and then from the configuration of the plugin, select the menu you’ve created and that’s it.

By default WordPress doesn’t have that option. To display the same avatar in all WordPress sites when you are using the same email – https://en.gravatar.com/ or if you want something simple, you can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-local-avatars/screenshots/

The theme dosrn’t have that option. As per demo, at the top will be displayed the 10 Most viewed articles. Hi dear Author. i recently bought your Theme, because it looks amazing to me. i have a Question about the Backend Access for Users.
It would be great to totally hide the Fact that the Theme uses Wordpress. this will also include the Backend Access, which is given to registered Users.
It should be a 100% Frontend Theme with additional Profile Features like: - Add Favorite Authors, add Favorite Posts, Submit new Posts, Statistic for own Posts like: Clicks, Shares etc..
The Submit Layout should be a little more Userfriendly, actually 99% of the Internet Users are not familiar with Wordpress Wysiwyg Editor. it should be a more modern looking Editor. Shortcodes should be easy to access
It should be possible to Hide Categories from Frontpage Feed. this could be included in a fancy Registration Progress. Maybe a Multi Step Registration:
FIRST STEP:: Enter Personal Informations, or Login with Facebook, Google Plus
SECOND STEP:: Mark interests for Homepage. like: Soccer, Sports, Architecture (( include this value to a external Newsletter, that informs User when there is a new Post in the preferred Category. )) all other Categories will be Hide as soon as the User is logged in ( remember me function will be also a nice feature – future auto logins )
THIRD STEP: Tell your Friends about SITENAME, and show some additional Social Network Buttons like: Facebook, Twitter, G+, XING, TUMBLr etc.
also a Bookmark option and a “Make this page to my default Homepage”

Sounds like a lot of customizations, but you are an Elite Author, and the fact that the Enduser will have access to the Backend is gruesome. Most Wordpress Users use the option: Hide my wp, which is useless with Backend access.

1. For submissions I’m using this plugin. To hide “WordPress”, you can use a premium plugin for that purpose from CodeCanyon “Hide My WP”.
2. For Login system, I’m using this plugin and it has the option to add “Login with Facebook”.
Most of them are functions, that doesn’t have nothing to do with my theme, but mostly with personal needs. Most of them can be accomplished with a few plugins or with custom work. That of course is up to you.

I know, but the widget “Best Reviews” don’t run…
If it doesn’t run, is because and obviously that you don’t have the plugin review installed, other ways how you’ll be able to use the widget?

I think Foot Style 1 almost meets my needs. Before purchasing this theme, i have a very fundamental pre-sales question please;
On home page posts, I understand the images, title and text is fetched from inner pages which each grid on home page links to (<excerpt>). Does this mean, i can not build a home page with grids but without any internal pages and links?
In other words, can i upload images, type title and few lines of description straight on the home page and then link that images and post title to an external website?
Please let me know if that’s possible through a backend panel without custom development.
Also, can i add H1 tag with website description (like in Foot Style 2) on home page…probably in place of “responsive Ad Area’.
Would be grateful for your response.

1. It doesn’t have that option.
2. From version 1.6 you can add content to the Homepages too at the top, so you’ll be able to add any content like in a default or full width page, so, H1 will not be a problem at all.

Hi! Thanks for your reply. Just to ensure, i have understood correctly; i will not be able to externally link an image or title on homepage. It necessarily has to have a link to page within website. Is my understanding correct?
Is there a workaround / easy custom development to create posts on home page with description and external links without creating an internal page / blog post?

As you can see from the demo, it doesn’t have that option. If you want to add a link or a button to an external page/site, you can use the excerpt. At the moment, I don’t have plans for this option.
