Hello, http://www.vegetarianmaps.com/listings/ is populating the wrong image for aobut 30-40 of the listings. the rest are suppose to be that logo image. What needs to be done to fix this? I havn’t updated the theme since about 3 weeks ago but I don’t see how that would effect this.
Also, is it possible for listings to load depending what the map has in sight, rather than the map adjusting to the listings loaded? How?
Also, when I load my home page and /listings on sprint network (my galaxy s5 and note3 samsung) The map doesn’t load any listings, the menu doesn’t work, and the filter system doesn’t work….. what do we do?
Please update to WP Job Manager 1.23.2 and clear all caches, including browser cache, WP Cache if you have a caching plugin installed, and re-save WordPress permalinks.
If this does not resolve the issue please log a support topic.

Answer: You can edit the color of the maps yes using the free https://snazzymaps.com/ tool. You can list, edit and remove listings on the map with this theme and free plugins.

Hi I purchased the theme but having problem with the search button keeps on loading and wont stop. User cant submit to search if it doesnt stop loading Also after uploading the image, the preview button cant be submitted neither. It can only be submitted if no image has been uploaded. Please help, site alive but not working.

Hi, is there an option to force users to renew listings after a set amount of time, say for an event? Also, would there be a way to auto remove a listing if a user hasn’t visited their account in a set amount of time?

Question: is there an option to force users to renew listings after a set amount of time.
Answer: You can set a renewal peroid when using the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin in combination with the Paid Listings plugin. See: http://listify.astoundify.com/article/510-can-i-charge-a-subscription-to-the-listing-owners for more details, once their subscription ends they must either renew it or it will be deleted after 30 days.
Question: would there be a way to auto remove a listing if a user hasn’t visited their account in a set amount of time?
Answer: It will be removed if they do not renew their subscription. Theres no current option in the plugins to allow for it to be deleted if they don’t log in after a set amount of time.

Hi there! Just a few pre-purchase questions regarding Listify. a) can I integrate the directory/listing theme with an already existing domain (which has Dazzling theme)? (would I have to get another domain and download Listify to new domain, and in my case, link one site to the other?) b) do I have to purchase other add-ons/ plugins to activate the theme?

You cannot run two themes on one site. This is impossible and is not a feature of the WordPress CMS platform.
The solutions are: The first is to have two different installations of WordPress. You can set up a new installation in a sub-directory. This will leave you with two different systems, and you will need to log into each one separately.
The second is you can look at creating a network of sites. This is a bit more complicated but it will let you administer two (or more) sites from one central area. Using WordPress Multisite http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network

On the ‘search your city’ page, where you can search by keyword – region – category, the ‘submit’ or ‘enter’ button to the right just keeps saying “loading” and you can’t click it to search.

Hello! How are you? I have a question about Listify theme. My company is building an online portal and we are using listify theme as front end. But there is a complete customized PhP project that built with CodeIgniter Frame Work. To describe exactly the site is http://trainingdirectory.org/, and the older project is located at http://trainingdirectory.org/index2.php. What I was thinking off, such that creating certain pages to acces to this location. It does accessible. But after getting there and using all links on on index2 location, they all point back to the listify theme. Is there way to customize the theme, so that I could reach the index2 portal. Hey, I can’t seem to use the support site – seems a bit ridiculous you now charge for support even though I purchase multiple plugins on top of this theme. Anyway, I have bought a cheaper WC Social Login plugin on ThemeForest because WooCommerce charge extortionate amounts for plugins. However, everytime I actitivate it, including a free plugin I tried earlier the front-end of the site goes completely white. What I’m worried about is if do purchase the WooCommerce version it will still do the same.
We’ve heavily tested the WooCommerce Social Login plugin and we’ve never seen reports of “white screens” when using this plugin inconfuction with our Listify theme.
As a thankyou we extended your support licence for another 6 months.

Answer: You could use the widget visibility plugin to show/hide the author profile widget depending on the role, i.e if they are logged out and or if they do not have a paid listing.

Or just I as administrator of this template can add/edit informations of other companies?

You can allow companies to submit / edit their own information and so can the site administrator.

1. How to change favicon? I have searched for an hour but cannot find it. 2. I have setup a restaurant setup. But the searchfield is useless I think. I have no idea WHAT this is actually searching/ indexing. I have a category called PIZZARIA. But when searching for PIZZA it cannot find it. How do I improve this? I mean like – I cannot be the only one with this problem. 3. The Category-widget in header2 changes name in responsive-mode and say like “Social Widget” which looks quite dumb. How to avoid this? 4. I have set the default map-location to DENMARK. But I keep getting California on the map. Bug? 5. The text in the search-bars get cut off on the bottom. This is the default loaded content… 6. I get an unintended grey gab between the header and mobile-app slot. How do I avoid that?
