Sorry to hear that you are running into so much obstacles. There’s not much we can do from Themeforest forum directly as all posts are public and if you are to post admin access here it wouldn’t be safe. However, let’s try this. Please navigate to WP Admin -> Contact -> Contact Forms, edit your contact form and do a print-screen of its setup and reach back to your hosting service for further info. Have you checked your spam folder in gmail? Also, if the issue persists, it might be useful to contact the author of this plugin directly to see if there’s something they can help you with in regards to properly setting up the form on your site.

You can remove Cabin logo if you go to Appearance > Widgets > Footer Column 1 widget area and edit Text widget inside, it contains html code for footer logo
