Hi, Mejora:
This is a great Muse template. I bought it because it says it’s a responsive design. However, when I opened up the Muse template (the video header one), I don’t see any breakpoints that indicate this will work on tablet or mobile phone. I also don’t see any documentation about how to change things (although I do know a bit about Muse).
How can I tell this is a responsive design that won’t break on tablets and mobile phones?
Also, the parallax feature isn’t working for some reason.

I am looking to purchase one of your templates, but I noticed that Muse is being discontinued. Please excuse my ignorance because I am very new to this (this is why I am purchasing a template). Would I be able to use on other platforms such as Webflow?

Adobe is not supporting adobe muse anymore but If you have adobe muse programme you can continue to use and customize it. I’m still using adobe muse for 2 years after adobe stopped to update Muse.

I cannot figure out how to set the video.I read the help file but I am sorry I really don’t know what the instructions mean by “click the white area” as there is no white area to the right of the slider.

(This template has HTML, Wordpress, Muse version separately).Hi I just bought this Vizerk template. It looked gret on the envato store however There are no images or any main files included with the download?

“All images are just used for preview purpose only and not included in the final purchase files.” All of the images for only preview (with licenses) You can use your own images to customize.

I didnt understand exactly problem. You have last version of Adobe Muse that’s great. Muse directly convert the template for your version. Do you have a problem while converting process? Could you send me ss please so I can solve the problem

The problem appear when you open the file? Or did you choose anything?
When I tried link assets from folder which you provide – sitehtml/vizerk-video/images
Could you choose cancel for re-link assets, then the template will open I think. Go to the gallery and remove it(It’s like widgeT), save and close. When you open the muse file again. Say yes to relink assets. If everything is okey, open source file(from zip) and copy old gallery to your new file.

Template is working, but if I need preview site in browser message appear: “MuseJSAssert: Error calling selector function:InvalidStateError: An attempt was made to use an object that is not, or is no longer, usable.” Preview in muse working fine, site working fine after exporting to html. Maybe some problem with my Muse, thanks.

It didn’t ask me and when I try to update the links, it gives the error code #1009. It says cannot access a property or method of a null object of a null object reference. I think there are some images missing, there was one circle.png for example that was not located. I am using the Slider theme and the slider images for relinking.
I have just check it and there is no circle.png in source file. Could you send your muse file to oncelercin@gmail.com ? Let me have a look

Hi there, I am a new user (brand new) and I am trying to navigate Muse and your template all at once. Where do I go for assistance? I can watch the Adobe Tutorials, but they aren’t necessarily geared towards already made files. I would appreciate any assistance. We are trying to create a landing page for our business and wanted avoid the generic template sites and fees. I am a current InDesign and Photoshop user. Thank you so much in advance, I am completely lost!! 
And do the images come with the templates? I don’t see them in the files.
Hi, Adobe Muse is really basic program. It is enough to know just couple things to create your website or editing theme. I suggest, Lynda.com lessons. I’m not sure but there is one essential lesson on Adobe Muse Category. Also you can have a look at the document file in your zip file. All images are just used for preview purpose only and not included in the final purchase files. If you need any help dont hesitate to contact with me. Wishes

It should update all of the assets at the same time. Adobe Muse asked something about assets when you open the program. Just click on yes. It will update all for you

1 My server can only serve html pages, images and other static content(avi, doc, zip, etc.
2 I mainly want to showcase a FLASH VIDEO. { I bought a flash video player on activeden}
a. Also have the same video available for youtube.
{ these could both be on the front page }
3. connect basic email.
4 Some text. Perhaps a couple pictures, ok.
5 Add a sign up page, { optional } if it would work?
6 I have a wysiwyg html editor, but dont know code. { could you recommend an easy editor to work best with your site? }
