Original Porto wordpress theme was removed permanently due to lack customer service. And new Porto wordpress theme is completely different with old one, its mainly purposed on ecommerce, and equipped with different short codes, visual composer etc. For the new update, you should contact the author Spyropress, not us.

Porto wordpress is based on Porto HTML template, there can be slight differences, but almost same.
I purchased Porto about a WEEK before you took it Offline and now you relaunch it and dont offer your paid customers upgrades? thats bullshit!

Pre purchase question. in the Home Version 11, below the slider is a set of 4 circle steps. Is this an add on to visual composer you are using or something else?

It’s possible. You can change the banner position when edit the page in View Options.

Hi, When edit the row element, you can see “Background” section in Row Settings. You should select Background Style to Image/Parallax and select Background Image and configure more options. If you imported dummy data, please check how to configure the row settings.

We have old theme enabled. But when we enable Porto, and Visual Composer, and try to create a new page, VC components just doesn’t load.
p.s. we haven’t got an email at all.

Is it possible to change the product page images from square 463 px? We have tried Woocommerce/Settings/Display and regen, and read/tried various tutorials. We need smaller portrait images (plus a larger lightbox image) – am sure it’s simple but we have not been able to figure this out.

Hello, some problems here: Your theme has joined outdated copies of WooCommerce template files is one of the errors it will give me at the back of the website. And how can I find the .htaccess file? I have checked the show hidden files in the ftp place and winscp but did not find the .htaccess file. I need this to upgrade from 40mb to 64mb memory.

2. Is it possible to have tha pyment selection on the checkout page to be on the right as opposed to under the checked out product list?
3. Can the cart icon be changed to something else? We have a business services ecommerce store and the default one looks a lot like a fashion shopping bag. We want to make it more like a briefcase.

Please create a new menu and edit like the main menu. You should select the menu location to sidebar menu. This menu will be show in the left sidebar or the right sidebar. You can’t control the width. We are going to add sticky sidebar feature.

You should use porto grid container and grid item shortcodes. Don’t have to show the html text.
