You can try the “fallbacks” section on the slider settings but I don’t think it has the option to set a fallback image per slide.

I sent a ticket regarding my slow site, I installed Total Cache as recommended and used the import settings, I asked them to check but no response not sure if my ticket got submitted correctly can you check? Is there a way to increase loading time for fusion slider, its extremely slow!

The ticket number is #21842 and the last reply is from May 29th from our staff. There you are recommended to use W3 ToTal Cache plugin, as opposed to Total Cache plugin.
Please look for the ticket and reply there again and make sure you have W3 Total Cache Plugin installed.

Any chance to make this, or make a bootstrap version? I saw a reply you made a few years ago saying “nobody likes bootstrap” – well, a few years later.. people do. If not, what about giving more control over showing/hiding content in different views and adding tablet view?

Actually we use bootstrap already in the theme. And we offer hiding options for fullwidth and column shortcodes on mobiles. We will add more in the future. We also have an iPad Portrait special few that lets you decide if you want the site to display in mobile view of fixed desktop view.
More options will be added with the next few releases too.

Good Afternoon,
First of all great theme. We are on our more than 30th license and have used the theme for more than 2 years now. That being the case we have some very old installs that we would like to update to the latest theme version of in order to be able to take advantage of the great new Fusion Page Builder. Is there a simple way to bring various versions, licensed over the past couple years, up to date to the latest version? Any help on accomplishing this would be a great help. We hope to use this theme for many years to come and look forward to purchasing even more licenses.

Regarding updates: When updating from very old versions of the theme, some small adjustments will be most likely needed. They may differ a bit from install to install due to setup differences.
If you use a lot of custom CSS you will have to adjust the selectors, because with the last few versions we have changed a lot of them for SEO and cleanness reasons.
We have provided update notes for your convenience, that you can see the most recent changes that might affect your sites: IMPORTANT UPDATE INFORMATION
And here you can find general information on how to update the theme: HOW TO UPDATE YOUR THEME
We recommend that you backup all your installs, so that you have everything on file, just in case.

From the theme options -> header options page,select header layout with top bar and then select navigation for header content left or right position. After that, assign a menu to the top menu navigation area from WordPress Menus page. This will show menu in the top header.

Regarding the issue, this sounds like you use the blank template. Make sure you are on default template in the page options.
If you forgot your password and can’t get it resent, please write us an email with your purchase data and registered user name.

Can you please tell me how to either get rid of content padding on a page, or align images to the edge of the content box on a boxed layout? Here’s my site: http://6bc.8e3.myftpupload.com/I need the three boxes (Shop the Sale, Join, & Attend an Event) on the bottom of the content box to line up to the (left & right) edges of the content box – no padding. I tried making the content box have a background color of transparent, but then my footer content was off, because it too has padding. Help!

Please use this in Theme Options > Custom CSS. That will give you the desired result on that very page.
.page-id-5 #wrapper { max-width: 1200px; }
.page-id #main { padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; }
To do the same for other pages you just have to adjust the page id in the first selctor of the CSS rules.
