When we started the demo XML support with your forum it emerges another site. How do we achieve that in view demo? We take the migration plug-in version of error in the site .
“Version 2.1.1 of All in One WPA Migration introduces new compression algorithm . It makes exporting and importing 10 times faster . Unfortunately, the new format is not compatible with backups made ??with only give it back versions of the plugin. You can either create a new backup is with the latest version of the plugin, it will convert the archive to the new format using our tools here. “
Hi,
you could contact the WPA Migration to give you an older version of their plugin or email me. You can send me an email through my Profile page.

In my working with wordpress websites for last 4 years, this is the worst setup. There is no demo data available. BAD BAD
Hi,
did you even check with the forum, there’s a whole section that deals with the demo content. For your convenience here’ the link: http://dreamthemedesign.com/u-design-support/discussion/22852/optional-demo-content
If you want a refund, you need to go through Envato for that, they have a strict policy on that: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-

Presale question: I want to build a community site for my client , where the user can register to the site from the front end and also can update their profile from the front end. I just want to display the registered user to the website i.e their profile. Can i achieve this with your theme using buddypress? Thanks in advance.
Hi,
the theme doesn’t obscure any of the native BuddyPress features, so whatever BuddyPress offers by default you should be able to use with the theme.

Hi, how can I exclude the exclude the bottem blocks just above the footer on a certain page? So that there is less distraction. I want to create a sort of squeeze page.

How does the woocommerce integration work? I have my website setup already with the u-design therme and I uploaded the woocommerce plugin but i got a message saying it wasn’t compatable. Does the woocommerce website have to be a different domain? I would like users not to have to leave my website if at all possible. Not sure how it all works. Can you point me in the right direction?
Hi,
Thank you for choosing the “uDesign” theme!
To your question, please refer to the theme’s documentation, there’s a section in there specifically about WooCommerce integration.
For future reference, please post any support related questions to the theme’s support forum.

Hi,
I am truely impressed by the u-design theme and considering buying it. Before that I have a few questions and would like your answers.
1) Is it possible to have different top navigation menus for different pages (or no top navigation menu on some pages)?
2) Is it possible to have different secondary horizontal menus with a common top menu across the site?
3) Is it possible to design a page layout starting from a completely blank page with no default layout / template super imposed for some selected pages?
Regards, Nagaraja
Hi Nagaraja,
thanks for your interest.
To your questions:
1 ) Yes, you can do that. You see, many of the theme’s elements including the main menu are added via the theme’s own hooks/filters API which means that you can un-hook it at anytime and move it or apply some programming logic, for example to show it only on specific pages, etc. and the beauty of using the theme’s hooks/filters API is that you can do that from a “child” theme which means that your customizations will be safe with future updates of the “parent” theme
We have many examples in the support forum for that.
2 ) The theme offers a Secondary Top bar you can see it in the demo site at the very top. In that Secondary bar you can have a horizontal menu (top level items only, no dropdown).
3 ) Yes, you can do that with a blank page template added to a “child” theme, we have some examples in the support forum for that.
Regards
Thanks for the reply AndonDesign;
Does it mean that I have to do programming to have different top menu for different pages?
Also, if I can have a completely blank page template added to a child theme, then I can add my own horizontal top menu to that page isn’t it? And by inheriting the blank page template to different pages, can we not have different top menus for different pages without touching the code?
Regards, Nagaraja
Yes, you need to do programming, that’s why I mentioned to you that we have many examples in the support forum on how to use the hooks API for that, it’s not that complicated.
Regarding the blank page, since you’re going to code it yourself then you can code any many you need into it.
Regards
OK. Thanks for your answers.
Regards, Nagaraja
Hey Andon. Great theme, really loving it.
I am looking for a place in the backend to switch off when a post was published. I do not wish the date to be visible in the front end.
Best regards Adam
HI Adam,
glad you love the theme
The theme offers under the “Blog Section” settings the option to disable the posts’ Postmetadata box which contains the date in there, but if you’d like to remove only the date you’ll have to do it with custom CSS, which we’ve covered here: http://dreamthemedesign.com/u-design-support/discussion/comment/103057/#Comment_103057
For future reference please post any support related questions to the theme’s support forum.

Pre-purchase question. (I need to purchases another copy
thanks for great theme I love it, owner of several copies). Is there a way to make easy forms on the page besides the contact form? I need a theme that can have forms such as job application form etc. Would really appreciate your feedback. And any of your other themes would be a better fit?
Hi,
you can definitely use a third party plugin for form building, there are so many amazing ones, here’s a quick list of popular forms plugins should be compatible with the theme:

Hi – I have 2 pre-sales questions:
1. Can I put a slider in the header – above the menu?
2. Can I isolate the menu to specific pages – and have pages WITHOUT a menu?
Thanks, nice theme!
Hi,
yes, for both of these things you may use the theme’s hooks/filters API and a “child” theme, we have those answered in the support forum with the code provided you’ll just have to substitute the page IDs where applicable for the pages you want the menu hidden.

Hi there,
I was ready to buy the theme which seems to be great but i’ve just tested the demo site under XP – IE7 (even if i know it is discontinuated and wrong practice, there are still clients for which it needs to be fully OK) and it looks like i experiment some problems with the slider used on the demo. Text seems to be displayed in a weird way, i ve got a screenshot if needed. Any suggestion or information ?
This has been tested with browserstack XP IE7 virtual machine as info.
Thanks in advance for your reply Best

Sorry, just retake in support forum.
We are having a problem with updating the theme but cannot use your support forum as it says my Envato name is ‘invalid’ when I try to register for your forum but it is the correct username and email address!!
Here are the issues:
1) We also use the full version of Visual Composer, which works fine with the theme, but the theme will apparently not let us update the VC plugin – VC told us to contact you
2) After updating the theme, it says to delete the other plugins and re-install them (i.e., the Rev Slider) – will this affect the current settings? How do we update these other plugins since they also seem to have updates?
Thanks -
Melody

Hi, I came across a client who used UDesign 1.9 (I think) from a couple years ago. Looks great from even back then, what is the current version available for purchase? Thanks.
