Finally some theme for intranet, can you please add birthday? In the front page or via a short code you can display which employes have birthday today. Monday’s will also shot Saturday and Sunday.

Attempting to upload my photo in buddy press profile -> change profile photo, but it gives no save button? Is there something that I am missing here? OR is there an error somewhere?
I just attempted to create a gravatar account so that It would load that image, and it is also, not using that image.
And group photos are also not uploading
Correction, Gravatar is now work. Other uploads are still not.
Ok, what appears to be happening is the save buttons are loading, but their styles make them invisible on the screen.

Hi, I’m looking into purchasing your theme to develop an intranet for a client, but have a few questions.
How much utility does the front-end have to users without going into WP-admin? Tasks, Projects, Events, uploading files
‘Meeting in 10 minutes!’ – is this feature plugging into the calendar or is it just text for the sake of the demo?
Is there a feature for users to tag other users in events or calendars and it updates on the tagged users end?
Todo integration – how has this progressed? Is it fully functioning? Are users able to create their own todos and create todo’s for other users?

Thanks for your interest, here are the answers :
1. All of them (what you can see in the demo mainly but others). In fact you’ll have full control over that as you can create user roles with capabilities (http://alka-web.com/woffice/documentation/#documentation-setup-buddypress)
2. Just text that you can type with an icon
3. According to this video it’s possible within Buddypress (https://teamtreehouse.com/library/buddypress-social-networks-for-wordpress/social-interactions-in-buddypress/how-to-mention-users-in-buddypress) but yes it’s seems to be a bit limited for now.
4. You can link Wunderlist lists for now, but we’re working on a better solution for the Todo.

2 things
1, my purchase Id isn’t working on your site.
2, your buddypress.php file kept looping the installation of the field group “social” and all its fields. I commented out the code in the file for now, but, I think it needs a verification to see if fields exist before it continues to loop itself to no end.

I installed this on a multisite network with the intentions of using it as a communication portal for the other site owners under my main.
I’m currently attempting to activate sliders, but it is not cooperating.
From the Network Admin, I download the extension, click activate, and then nothing happens. It just refreshes the page.
From the site admin, I click on activate sliders, and it gives me an error message that says it needs to be installed… and unfortunately, only network admin can do the install and thats not currently working out.
Scratch that, I uninstalled and reinstalled the extension and it solved itself.

You’re raising an interesting point, this is a problem of the theme… For now, we have an option to turn all the website in a “public view” (not login redirection). But that option affects the whole website… We’ll add an option to exclude some pages from the redirection so they can be public. Please open a support ticket, if you want the beta version Otherwise, you can have copy/past your wordpress directory in a subdomain like “intranet/”, 2 Woffices on 2 Wordpress one is private and the other public. This isn’t a perfect solution, pretty hard to set up but effective.

I very like your theme. If I find answer for my question, I would like to get this theme. Firstly thank you for the great job. I have some questions. I tested demo page and it caught my attention that When I click like button in the Member Activity Page, All page was reloaded. At this period, I was watching video in this page then the video was closed for the reloading. This is not likeable process for the social web page. It should not reload all page it should reload just like button without changing any thing else in the page.
Another issue is that When I scroll down, There are appeared whole white label on the top of the page. This is not critical because this feature could change from the source code. But first issue is critic.
My questions are that how could we fix first issue and is there any feature with integration with facebook in the roadmap(Facebook login and automatic download facebook activitiy in this theme in user activity menu or etc..)?

1. Yep that’s true and we’ll work on that but actually the main issue is that we don’t manage the “engines” behind because all is managed by the famous Wordpress plugin Buddypress so we don’t have so many things that we can change … Anyway, we’ll investigate in the next few days.
2. That’s weird, do you have any screenshot ? or more informations (browser, device) ? Please let us know so we can fix that asap (help[at]2f-design.fr)

hello . this theme is come in very good time for me . so probably am going to buy it so i really i need this features if you can improve it . first i highly recommend an advertisement platform for the admin that he can integrate ads in the sidebar . second thing is social blogging for members that give them the ability to post different type of articles in the blog . third thing a small eCommerce store where the admin can post different product , like affiliate product etc . and private chat system were member can chat with other member like Facebook . i hope you can add this and the theme will be amazing

1. You can work with the famous Google Adsense and any of the plugin which add a widget for this (like -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-publisher/)
2. You can create any kind of member and customize their capabilities (in the theme settings), so you can create a Role who has the possibility to edit and publish posts (https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities)
3. We’re working on Woocommerce integration (next week, we hope)

Yes you have an option to control we can access to the files, then you can also play with that option for the pages. Exemple include files manager only on a page when 2 users have access (you can choose them). Let me know if you have any other question.

Hey, great theme! Just bought it and can’t wait to get it going. A few questions though:
1. How does one add an event to the calendar through the Calendar Page? I click on a date and it just says ‘no event’. I go to Events and I see nothing there.
2. Projects – Is there a way to use another task manager for the To-Do list? I tried the Wunderlist option, but when a user goes to the to-do’s it asks for a login.
Bugs:
Projects – When I upload a file, and then go to ‘edit it’, it takes me back to the ‘view’ page. I hit ‘files’ and it shows me the file editor, but it looks weird. It seems that the editor doesn’t push the footer down. Like so: http://cl.ly/image/3S3K423b3O1U It also happens on other pages.

1. You’ll have to create new event from the Event Post type in Wordpress. It includes EventON premium plugin so there is many options (link and details here : http://alka-web.com/woffice/documentation/#documentation-calendar, you’ll find a complete documentation about this on their site).
2. Sorry not yet… We’ll work on that. Otherwise, you can include a Gantt (it’s different but it’s an other tasks management tool)

is there a way i can use this theme for a test-drive and buy it once i am sure it fits with the functionality we want to implement with our site? we’ve been returning a lot of envato products because they lack functionality that we need. and it doesn’t seem nice to keep doing so. i’m planning to launch a few community websites, and looking to use buddypress extensively with a lot of features that wordpress and buddypress offer extended with use of various plugins.
