the ticket site isnt loading, not sure if its my end, but i just keep getting a white page today…when i go onto the website it brings up a box that says the google APi isnt working, its since i moved over to https yesterday, i have turned the maps off at the minute to stop this, when the ticket site is on again i will start one…just wondered if you had a quick genius answer to the issue..

Ok thank you. I am looking to sell subscriptions on my site. Basically I want people to be able to buy a single class or buy a monthly/yearly membership and have access to all or some of the classes (that I specify) during their membership. Is this possible through the WooCommerce extensions? Also, are all WooCommerce extensions compatible with this theme?

Hi. I love the theme but I just have one question before I buy. I’d like to install a small selection of courses on certain pages throughout the site. So for example on a a page about ‘Spanish Learning’ we have some information in general about the courses and then at the bottom a selection of the spanish courses of my choosing. Is this possible?

Hi, I have issue in checkout page in version IE-10. When I come to the checkout page the dropdown combo box of field State/Country remains open and even on selecting any of the value its making field value blank and again combo box comes back.

Hi, This theme looks fantastic. Before I buy it, is it possible that when someone buys a course, they would have access to a range of pages/courses? I want to divide the site into 2 fee’s, Fee A pays for access to one set of courses, Fee B pays for an alternate set. Is that possible? Thanks.

Yes, it is possible. But in this case the courses from Fee A can not be included in another category, like Fee B, and vice versa. This is due to the fact that the Course is related to a only one Woocommerce product (i.e. Fee A or Fee

With noting that this theme is not fully responsive. When using the full width body design, it generates left->right scrolling and half the menu is off the screen.

I decided to switch the layout from boxed to full width and now some pages do one thing and another set of pages do something else and another set of pages do something else.
Why is there so much inconsistency with this theme?

Why does Homepage 2 have no footer by default? Seems a little odd. How do I give it one? It seems to ignore the theme options settings where I have selected a footer widget.
I have also noticed that courses don’t use the Theme Options for Body style which means I need to select the “Box” option if I want the box option on our website. Bit of a waste of time.
The issue with the Theme Options for the courses content type is highly critical as I am not going to update and edit ever course to use the box template. Why doesn’t it use the settings from the Theme Options where I have selected the Boxed option? Is there an actual solution for this one or do I have to edit every single course and apply an override option since Inherit option does not work for the body style on courses?

I noticed that this theme makes it very difficult to build custom page templates while retaining your theme layout.
Do you have a blank page template that allows users to build on that will retain the header and footer of the website? When I try to build my own, the get_header() functional always returns a
of the site name which is not what I want. The h1 should always be the page name.
Unfortunately we can’t provide you with technical support because you are completely ignoring our recommendations.
You mean you are completely lazy and not supporting your own theme? There are allot of broken elements in this theme and they need to be addressed. If I wasn’t able to fix most of them myself, I would be a very annoyed customer. In fact, if I could convince my client to change themes I would.
It appears that one of the plugins is missing. How do I reinstall it given that its not available in the wordpress plugin exchange or in the downloaded files for the theme?

Your approach to the work with an author is not constructive at all. You haven’t learnt all terms and rules of the marketplace before the purchase, although all info is available for each visitor of the website. You are making up your own rules and making unreasonable complaints.
I’d like to clear this up for you once again:
1) Support via ticket system is not our caprice, it’s a normal practice of each envato author, because comments are not normally used for that are not convenient to use, from a technical point of view.
2) An author is not supposed to provide support for their products, it’s a bonus service from us. Envato themes are above sufficiently tested, and are prepared for qualified user.
3) Registration with ticket system takes less than a minute. If you don’t want to cooperate, you may deal with the theme on your own. We are always happy to provide support to our customers, but it’s just impossible to do if a customer refuses cooperating.
4) We are not liable for the 3rd party’s product. After the plugin’s update, you might need some time to adjust the theme. Or do you think it will be optimized automatically? Perhaps, you can give us some examples? Anyways, just for you, we can disable the Composer, and you can work with shortcodes.
