I am almost done editing my new page BUT I can’t seem to figure out one thing. My portfolio gallery looks correct in Chrome but in Safari almost all of the featured images are not showing up. The 1st 2 do and the rest are blank. You can roll your mouse over the area and see the text but no photo. In Chrome everything looks good. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

Bought this template and love it! Only problem so far is that when I insert my portfolio, the background video never loads. As soon as I remove the portfolio/gallery (all videos) the background video starts playing again. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Thanks I just bought it 2 days ago and used the one I downloaded from Themeforest. It does say that it is 2.8.7 but when I re-download it, I get the same thing. Where can I find 2.8.8??

while it supports woocommerce, the theme does not has a theme for woocommerce itself. The Shop will display with the default layout and needs your own styling.

How can i remove the moble website in the Brooklyn theme?
Hi, I can’t render the image size attribute. For example if i use this: [ut_animate_image image=”xxx” alt=”xxx” margin_bottom=”xxx” effect=”slideInRight” align=”center” width=”800” height=”600”] ... in html generated page there are no attributes width=”800” and height=”600”. It’s normal? How I can fix it? For me it is very important for SEO.

Is there a way to make the ’Fancy Image Slider’ autoplay? Someone already asked that question one year ago, you said that you would take this feature into consideration.

Hi all! I really love this theme but have been having trouble with the importer. Everything from the importer works fine… except for the fact that my portfolio items to showcase a featured image. The feature image is set but it doesn’t show up on the page. How can I go about solving this issue? Looking forward for a response. Thanks!!!
Also, this only happens when I select the filterable portfolio gallery and the portfolio carousel. I also found out that the feature images for the “team” section don’t show up either. Please help!

Hello, great theme. I am trying to have the “about” section on the home page but not have an “about” button link in the menu. I read through these comments and you said to parent the section (about) to another page. I did that but it still shows up in the menu bar. Thanks

Good job on this amazing template by the way!
I have a weird playback problem. I have a portfolio section on the landing page and the videos don’t always play. It’s hard to replicate the problem. I works fine when on the specific portfolio page though. I tested on Mac using Chrome and Firefox. It usually works fine on most computer but sometimes, the video won’t show after clicking on the thumbnail. Only the “X” and arrows show up.

Hello, an agency purchased this theme and set it up for us, we have the purchase key but it has already been used on your support forums so we cant access it.

i bought the theme today and I have a “visual” problem :
in the portfolio section, I need to present some vertical pictures and I want to use the slideup parameter (not the pop-up) but with big images, you have to scroll to see it entirely. My question is : can we change the default height and if so, how?
