Hi, i love your theme, great work. I have a problem with the google fonts in firefox. When i use safari browser everything is fine, but when i use firefox the google fonts won’t show up. How can i fix that?

In addition, you can check the font here: https://www.google.com/fonts/ and you can use it at Theme Options > Fonts Settings.

Hi I already created a ticket on Cactus Themes support system, but no answer at all.
The content files to import that comes with the zip do not replicate the demo shown here at Themeforest.
The Navigation Styles templates are missing, and I can’t find a way to add icons to menu header itens, or change the search form style.
If the developers of the template don’t have a solution for this now, I would like to have a refund, because the preview do not represent the downloaded file.

Hi, due to limitation of javascript library, smart content box can’t work correctly in visual composer tabs. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Ok so how is it possible that tabs with smart content box works at the Visual Composer editor?

Smart Content Box requires a ‘trigger’ (event) to generate its content. When put in Tabs, that event is ignored. In Visual Composer editor you cannot see content of Smart Content Box.

Hi Bug in 4.0.1
Was Stuck 4 two days finally figured it out – was last theme update! Cant use new version Bug in 4.0.1 – Server errors, cant upload , slow backend – more ugly stuff!
2 different servers

Problem with Timeout to access Theme Options:
After the latest Theme actualization (version 4.0.1), i had difficult to access the Theme Option Panel.
Appearance> Theme Options.
But i found the problem.
There’s a conflict between the TrueMag Theme and the Envato WordPress Toolkit.

We are facing 2 major issues since the latest TrueMag update (July 1, 2015): 1) The entire website is now very slow !!! 2) The Admin Panel is now very very slow with “operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received” message
If we remove the parent TrueMag theme from wp-content/theme and only keep the child theme we are facing:
1) Blank page on homepage (normal I guess because restoring parent theme remove the homepage blank page issue) 2) Admin panel is working perfectly and not slow anymore…
Can you help to fix this issue?

Just bought the theme!
I set the Headline Section to Hide, it hides the appearing text but still keeps the container(#headine) with the dark background. So there is this space between the Navigation and Header where the carousel of images is.
Any idea why this happens? It should not show the whole container of the Headline Section, right? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
Also using the Front Page template for a Page I created, but a comment box appears below, why?
- EDIT: I got to remove the comment box
Another in the Header – Condition dropdown when I am in the Page I set as Front Page, under Default it says “Lastest”- is that suppose to be Latest. There is this option too on the others saying “Lastest”
Also Columns on the Layout option for the Smart Content Box doesn’t seem have an effect to other layouts like I set Medium Carousel with 6 Columns but it is displayed as 3 columns. This is on Full width with no sidebar
- Also on Smart Content Box Settings- Author, Likes and Views count don’t show on other Layouts (i.e. on Small Carousel). does this mean only selected layouts can display this features?
- On the Video Full width layout for Single Post/Video, the Views Count, Like/Unlike, and other buttons are not under the Video but under the Title. It’s not like what is shown here: http://demo.cactusthemes.com/truemag/one-more-beer/
- When the title of the post is too long in the Headline Section Breadrumb it moves the other text below but the line height is too big.
- Any tips on how to hide Login link from Menu when user is already logged in, and show it on Menu when not logged in?
