I created a vertical tab function.
I needed more than the number of tabs required so I copied and pasted the code a few times.
I filled in the information as required Tab 1—> Info 1 Tab 2—> Info 2 Tab 3—> Info 3 Tab 4—> Info 4 Tab 5—> Info 5 Tab 6—> Info 6

You need to translate the theme to arabic language.
a) You can find the default.po file in the themes folder itself. Get into this path wp-content/themes/soulmedic/languages and you can find the default.po file.Also you will find the wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/languages/dt_themes-default.po this file in that path. You need to translate both the po files.
b) If you are running a multi language site, you need to install the wpml plugin.
c) Or if you are running a single language site other than English. Say for example if you are running German site only. Go to wp-config.php and change the language code as define(‘WPLANG’, ‘de_DE’); Also in Dashboard > Settings, you need to change the site language to German.
d) Then rename the file default.po to de_DE.po and dt_themes-de_DE.po and open the file with a poeditor and you can translate all the texts from our theme.
e) Finally you will get the mo file there. Uploading that mo file the site will be fully translated to german.

I’m having trouble updating my Soulmedic theme. I have the theme already installed on my server and setup the website. When i download the update file i just get a folder with all the theme files how do i update these files on my server without losing all my settings. I can’t autoupdate the theme on the “Theme Page”

You can’t auto update the theme. Follow the below steps to update the theme. You will not loose any settings that you have made in the site. If you have made any coding changes, then you will loose it. Please take backup of the modified files as said in point (ii).
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

Hi there, after migrating the website to a live server from my local machine, I discovered that, for some pages, the Page Builder modules have disappeared within the Dashboard – Pages – home??!
Why has this happened and how can I get the modules to reappear so that the page can be edited?
Also, I need to update the LayerSlider plugin but cannot as it’s asking for the Purchase Code?!

Just go to this folder in local wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/page-builder/samplelayouts/ You will find the text files of the sample layouts. Just transfer those files to the LIVE server in the same path and have a look.

Hi, I just tried creating the Sample Layouts of my pages locally but they’re only available within the Admin panel. No text files are created in the following path other then the default ones that were there already: wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/page-builder/samplelayouts/.. ??
Also, the new Sample Layouts that I created are deletable but not the default ones that were already there? How can I edit those?

The default Sample Layouts are: About, Contact, Doctors, Home II, Home III, Home IV, Home—these are not deletable! Only the new ones I create have the delete ‘cross’ visible in the Pages editor area?

Yes, The default sample layout can’t be deleted. If you need to remove, you need to remove the text from the samplelayouts folder.

Please update our theme with latest version and check the issue. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.

I did as suggested by you. I’m using EWWW Image Optimizer to compress the images and W3 Total Cache, but it is still slow. Running the “woorank” tool, I get the following report:
- Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
- Too bad, your website is using inline styles.
- Too bad, your website has too many CSS files (more than 4).
- Too bad, your website has too many JavaScript files (more than 7).

Can you please check where it is possible to optimize?

In Fev-Mar.2015 I also reported some issues with W3C compliance – there are 30 Errors, 4 Warning(s) on this theme – but you didn’t deliver any correction so far.
Please, specify by when and in which release I can expect the improvements.

The soulmedic logo is at the top of the mobile version of my website (instead of mine), how can I remove?

Kindly, Update the Retina logo from Buddha panel > General > Retina Logo, so that the mobile layout shows the retina logo. The retina logo should be exactly double the size of normal logo. If your normal logo is 100×200. Then your retina logo should be 200×400.
