Hi! i am unable to change the slug of the featured item(s) page. The “select a page” option doesnt work. Even after saving it multiple times it doesn’t change and will change back every time to “select a page”

I can see that max Products per row can be set to 6. Is it somehow possible to increase it to 7?

HI, I just bough and import DEMO, The Main Menu check box is not working from MENU settings.

I just check the box for ” Top bar Menu (Currently set to: Top nav and Footer nav)” and is working fine,

But the Main menu is not working, can you please advise what is the reason for this. after checking the Main Menu Box page reloads and it comes back without uncheck.

@add-on : I had some similar problems but realised that I was adding unecessary code into the section shortcodes. ‘View-source’ on your site shows the problem: your first section is trying to use an image with source set as “Click to edit”. The shortcode is adding the img code to the source but there’s no image to display. Doesn’t seem to cause an issue on a desktop but on small devices it causes a gap. Also, the gaps before all of the other sections seem to be caused by a similar issue: they’re all looking for an image at location “http://imageurl” – which again doesn’t exist. Hope this helps.

Hello, I see many people are having this problem, still with no solution other then you saying the theme is responsive.

Your grid view, on mobile devices, does not have a responsive background image. mobile=400px, tablet=500px is not a fixed solution for all devices.

For those who do not want to use your banners, having a background image with banner text as part of the image means that their text gets cut off on the sides.

Another issue, and I have seen it with others customers, is banner grid version 2, the first banner image overlays the second banner image on iphone. No bottom margin…..not very responsive!

Are there going to be any updates for the mobile responsiveness in the future?

If I want a customer that has chosen to pay via credit card to stay within my domain, enter credit card details, go through 3d secure process and complete the transaction all within my domain and not be redirected to the payment gate way service provider – do I need to build a custom php credit card page that does the above and then comes back to a order successful / order complete page. Hi again, i think i found a bug. After uploaded 10-15 images, Media Library of WordPress won’t loading anymore. All i see is this spinner.gif in that white blank page with dropdown menus on the top. After trying to change theme to Twenty Fourteen, it works. But when i return to Flat, it’s not working again.

I made a post in WP Forum, hopefully get an useful answer but like i said, it looks like just related to Flat. Because i didn’t get this error when i’m trying to use Twenty Fourteen. I’ve tried all plugins related to your theme activated and unactivated too. I don’t know if you familiar with this but if you have a solution, i would appreciated it.
