I have now tried for many Hours to get something with this Theme going, but it doesn´t work for me. I can´t get results, which looks at least nearly like your Demos. Even with imported Demo Content, nothing looks like your Demos. In Addition, the Video Documentation in the Knowledge Base seems sometimes to be outdated.
After reading the Theme Description on Themeforest, it seems that this Theme is easy to use and promise great Results like in your Demos. But this is not what I get.
Please give me a Refund, because I am very disappointed from this Theme and cannot use it, since it is not was I thought it was, after reading Theme Description.

The demo content works as many of our customers use it on a daily basis. If you are confused on any part of it or need help with any other part of the theme, a member of our development team will be happy to assist in our member forum. It looks like you just joined a couple hours ago and haven’t posted any questions. To our knowledge, there is not any outdated info in our KB (there may be some notes if things have changed explaining what has changed, but we keep that updated often with new info as it is available).
Regarding refunds, you can see Envato’s policy for that here.
Should you need any assistance, the offer still stands for assistance in the forum as that is what we are here for. This thread explains how to post/use the forum.

While we have our own integrated mega menu functionality, the developers of UberMenu have created some resources for integration of their tool with X (here). Not sure how current that may be, but they do have it available for their customers. While we can’t support 3rd party tools not integrated into the theme in some way, many of our customers extend the use of their X-powered sites with various tools and plugins.

Is this theme able to support videos in lightboxs? I noticed the lightbox can have images, but didn’t see an example of a video playing in a lightbox.

Not out of the box. We do have on our development timeline some new options with regards to lightbox functionality but regretfully don’t have an ETA for it currently.

Hey guys, great theme. Like it so much I bought it twice. On my current site, we have a header that is about 50px high. When it squishes down to mobile, it ends up doubling up at one point til it’s finally 3 x’s as high. Can you help me code this so the social icons disappear and the menu stays in the 50px high format?

We do have integrated styling for Gravity Forms within X, however can not give estimates on how long it will take to build the page as that is up to you and the content on it.

The problem that we found is that when we insert a predetermined form, everything looks fine. But when we insert one of GravityForms, we have to work on CSS for a decent look. How your theme deals with this problem?
We have integrated styling for Gravity Forms to match the aesthetic of X. Keep in mind there may be certain things you need to tweak with CSS based on exactly what you are wanting to do with the form or how you ultimately want to present it, but from an integration standpoint, we make Gravity Forms styling consistent with the styling of X out of the box.
I took over development of a site that utilizes this theme. I would like to remove the “visually-hidden” h1 tag on the homepage. I’m of the opinion this is harmful SEO-wise. How can I simply remove the visually-hidden line altogether?

I’m not quite following what the question is. You can do all of those things within X utilizing various features (payments being somewhat unique as they would need to be configured outside the theme as that is not managed by a theme). If you have any specific questions on features in X, let us know.

I would like to give a new look to my website so I set up a local installation of Wordpress on my computer with the X theme, but once I tried to validate it with my purchase code it’s seem invalid (code 201).

Each license allows you to validate one installation, so if you have already validated your purchase, you would need to manually install everything in your local installation for testing purposes or purchase another license if you want to automatically manage everything.

Hi, nice theme. Is it possible to pull together different elements from different stacks? For example, I like the homepage slider and right-menu of integrity 4 or maybe renew2, the layout of the blog section on icon2, but would like to add the parallax slider on ethos2/music. Are your stacks cross-compatible in this way?

While there are unique features for each Stack (you can review them by clicking on the Integrity Features, Renew Features, Icon Features, and Ethos Features links at the bottom of our demos), there are structural things that are across the board. For instance, on any Stack you can place your navigation as fixed/static top, fixed left, or fixed right then make it as wide or narrow as you’d like. You can also do this for the content area on any Stack.
Taking one of your examples specifically, the Icon 2 blog uses the masonry option which is a standard option across the board, but the background colors for each post type are a unique feature to Icon.
The “Feeatures” links referenced above on the demos will give more detail on what is unique to each Stack.

Sorry, one other question. How easy is it to implement twitter, facebook, instagram status updates on the post format blog page? As an example, please scroll down half way on this page: http://demo.mekshq.com/seashell/page/2/
Twitter and Facebook and other social platforms have their own embed tools that can easily be used, however there is nothing within the theme that does that. There are built in social sharing options to give a more streamlined look to the sharing (and we do have an Extension for Facebook/Disqus comments).

Hi, I’m very interested in purchasing the theme but there is 1 huge thing stopping me from buying it which is the page size. We’re looking for a super fast theme. Theme.co/x/ website is 9.2mb which is huge which we’re afraid might affect our website speed if we switch to it. Your thoughts?

That is our sales page and as such includes a lot of information on one page that most average sites won’t have (large number of images, video resources, etc). Keep in mind size of a page size doesn’t directly have to do with the theme as much as it does how much content the person using the theme has placed on the page. Further, we provide several resources on on-site performance customers can do to their sites in our member area. For more info on performance, check out this FAQ.

Thanks for the reply. I just checked 1 of your demo blog pages and according to pingdom, just this simple blog post is 3.2mb in size with a performance grade of 65/100. 2.2MB of that first one (69% of the entire page size) is a self hosted video. Most users don’t self host videos for just this reason – it uses a lot of site resources whereas most people embed videos from YouTube/Vimeo, etc, however we need to show people what it looks like when a video is self-hosted.
User side configurations are a big part of the process as well – things outlined in the article referenced in the FAQ. We receive many comments from customers on improvements with pages peed when using X and following best practices for onsite optimizations – some referenced in that FAQ. Regretfully, there are certain things we are not able to do to our demos due to the dynamic nature of them and how people are accessing them/what they need to view, but the article referenced on our FAQ covers how to address those topics.
Each update of the theme also brings with it new opportunities for increased performance as far as the theme is concerned. For instance, our last update included a consolidation of the video libraries to WordPress’ native media library, MEJS. Because of this, we were able to reduce the amount of JavaScript in the head by over 90% and bring all styles and functionality under one roof. These iterative changes to the theme in addition to following the options outlined on that article are the best course of action.
Does the X theme support the Woothemes Photography extension?
