Then you should make sure all faqs regarding your templates cover all bugs so that we don’t need to open tickets. Faqs just cover basic things. You are very aware of the problems with Gravity forms compatibility, WPML and many others. If I can’t receive any support any longer are you willing to refund the purchase cost?? I need I template that I can receive support with, you can’t just refuse to provide support. Please reconsider, I already did too much work to have to start again.

Managed to install it in 5 mins, migrated the database from an older website of the client.. Did the whole setup and formatting of about 50+ pages in 4 hours!

}
(use whatever values you need instead of those “50px”)

There are 2 options:
Option 1: hook to individual menu items classes and add custom CSS backgrounds to them.
Option 2: add custom code for icons via Appearance > Menus and add custom css for them.

hello, I have a problem installing visual composer , does not appear in edit mode wordpress pages or classic mode or edit visual editor.No leaves nothing . A mistake not to have permissions enabled , but host have all permissions given also appears . The theme the7 funiona well in localhost , but not on the server. Hi, I’ve recovered a backup from a site which was compromised; the WP core and outdated plugins are already up to date.
I would like to upgrade the theme too, but I can’t see the feature Theme Options > Theme Update. This feature seems to be missing in the version is currently installed. So, how could I update the theme without losing all template custom settings?

and the slider is too narrow in chrome but its all perfect in safari??? is it any chance that can make it the same for all browsers, i know that diff browsers show their fonts differently, but why the height of the slider is also different??

This what causes the problem. Browsers on Win8 identifies primary input “devices” differently: IE reports that this is mouse; FireFox – that it is a touchscreen. Therefore in IE you see normal hovers, while in FF you see hovers optimized for touch-screens.
