I checked you site and it’s showing header contact info. If you want to hide, please empty “Header Contact Info” in Theme Options > Header.

Love the demo theme but cannot get the “import demo” feature in theme options to work. It just hangs and hangs, then nothing appears but a blank page. no matter how many times and no matter which demo- the “import demo” feature does not work.
I Then tried the all-in-one wp migration you recommend to others. But again no success. I click restore, it gets to 100% and then says “could not import.”
This is extremely frustrating. pls pls pls advise. I would like to upload demo home version 4. What am i missing here?

I have purchased the theme. We are trying to set up a page where we are listing all the items under Sale using porto sale shortcode. Somehow the pagination isn’t working with any of porto shortcode related to woocommerce.
If we try default woocommerce shortcode for sales products, the pagination works. In that case the CSS is messed up. So we have to use porto shortcodes for showing the sales product.
Please get back to us ASAP. I have tried contacting you guys through support message but no reply from you.

already fixed how to high page title, answer the first question, pls. those two sections are located in the right of the main menu.

I have downloaded the theme, uploaded it. imported the demo content which says was successfully uploaded. But the images are not loading .. Even my own that i try to upload and place onto the page. Is there something I am missing or doing wrong?
Please configure again ultimate addons plugin. Please go to Ultimate > Modules > Scripts and Styles and configure the options and click Save Changes.

You should import the widgets in Theme Options > Import Demo > Import Widget. Could you import demo using the alternative method? You can reference http://newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/documentation/#demo_install

You should change Alternative Font in Theme Options > Skin.
Hi, I was just going to buy this, but on home version 4 checkout, a few of the data fields are putting the details in reverse order, so off putting, example address put in 123 aroad address and it writes address aroad 123 otherwise looks a great template Chris

Please activate master slider plugin and configure again master slider shortcode. Please check “Banner Type” and “Master Slider” options in View Options when edit the page. You should select again Master Slider.

I just downloaded the dummy data, demo, the slider is not working in demo number 8 and some other demos, it is just not loading, I checked the setup for the Visual Composer, Ultimate Addons, etc.. every thing looks fine, but still, not working, any advice ?

I would like to change the template theme folder name from ‘porto’ to my clients name, when I change the folder name and change the style.css like I would normally do with Wordpress templates the website then breaks in terms of layout (footer looks odd, no menu system etc..)
Can you advise what I need to change in order to do this please as I am clearly missing something.

You should edit again the menus after change the theme. This is wordpress default feature.

You should create a new menu and Theme Location to currency switcher. If you installed wpml plugin, you can use woocommerce currency switcher instead of currency switcher menu. You should install wpml and woocommerce currency switcher plugin.

This is exactly what I am looking for, just one quick question though: the search function built into the shop section is that built into the theme or is it a plugin. For example in the shop demo you start to type fashion and products display below. This is what I want and Ajax style search engine. I tried the search in other demos and it does not function like that, I just want to make sure its included.
