Hello,
I have recently taken over management of a site that is running this theme. However, I am not able to find documentation for the theme. Can you provide the documentation for the theme? I have reached out to the previous website manager but cannot get a response.

People with pre-sales questions - do your due diligence. This theme is buggy - it does not save selections - the background video does not work - it does not even save featured images properly. There is sparse documentaion, and the support is not fast. Great looking template—hidden wastes of time and frustrations galore.

In Chrome the demo pages are extremely choppy and there is a delay in scrolling making the site very laggy. This happens even with all Chrome addons disabled. It also doesn’t matter whether you use the scroll wheel, scroll bar or arrow keys.
In IE all sites work super smooth. I tested this on several PCs. Is this a Chrome bug and does this happen in the non-demo version as well?
This might be your issue:
background-attachment: fixed !important;
background-position: 50% -340px;
Those are your two culprits right there. Parallaxing should not be targeting background-position. Instead it should be using transform: translate(x, y) the container housing the image, this allows you to use GPU acceleration.
The image should not being using background-attachment: fixed; either, you will see a massive FPS drop in doing this in Gecko and WebKit engines. Instead attach it normally but use position: fixed; on the containing element.

I selected logos and color and all appears on site in the window correctly, when I Save & Publish wheel spins and stops and when I exit I get message box saying : Unfinished Leave or Stay? Then I lose everything when I leave. Happens on all browsers. Please HELP. I installed demo 5, looks great to me otherwise.
Also, this would not work before I installed demo, too.

Hi it is not possible to connect on you forum… “Access denied. You’re not authorized to view this page.“
I bought your theme and i would like to have some help… if it’s possible… i send you a private message but no answear 
when I install the demo 1 and I change the color theme of the contact form disappears and I don’t know why!
And when i install the demo 2 there’s no contact form … i don’t understand why we can’t installing the demo as you propose them, we would just have the pictures to change.

Whoever wrote the instructions should be punched in the face. The instructions are incomplete and don’t demonstrate how to update various aspects of the section such as pohots, videos and graphics. Worst design ever. What a joke. I’ve reached out to the support team and they never respond. Don’t buy this theme.
