Hello, when will 1.4 be released .. i am still doubting between two themes and i can not really decide yet. Will there be a pricing page in 1.4? Any more differences between 1.3 and 1.4?

There are some new features including blog widgets and dividers, but most of them are updates to premium plugins, reported bug fixes and security issues fixed.

Hello, After you buy the beautiful theme Kalium , I have problems . When installing the Main demo pack to take my first steps . I can see it and this message appears:
Wordpress Content and media files This will import posts , pages, comments, custom fields , terms , navigation menus and custom posts.
and when HOORAY all done windows I have 3 error : errType:wml-wp-content = error 500 – internal server error , errType:xml-products = error 500 – internal error AND errType : revslider animations and dynamic styles imported ! Can you help in these error messages that I do not understand. After much reading on forums discussing , I answered. THANK YOU Vanessa

Event though I’m sure this theme is great (it sure does look like it), I can’t seem to install the main demo content properly (I also tried the other demos). Hello there,
I have a few questions regarding the portfolio options. After browsing the comments I think you are about to release a new version of Kalium (1.4.1) but I would like to know if it will correct the following problems I have :
So first of all, I can’t seem to override the options set in the Lab options for the portfolio by modifying the options on the portfolio page when this page’s permalink is named ”.../portfolio”. So in this case I can’t customize the size of the tiles to look like this (http://fabiandesmet.com/wp-content/uploads/Sans-titre4.png), I can only get this (http://fabiandesmet.com/wp-content/uploads/Sans-titre2.png). And when I create an other page (example : ”.../portfolio-masonry”), the lab options aren’t active and I can work on the options, but I can’t find the spacing option, which I would like to use (http://fabiandesmet.com/wp-content/uploads/Sans-titre.png)
One more thing about it, I have a glitch happening to two images from the portfolio, even though the two of them are set as the same size as the ones on their side but still overflow on the image below. Here is an example of one of them (http://fabiandesmet.com/wp-content/uploads/Sans-titre3.png), will it be corrected by the spacing option ? What should I do to correct it ?
I’m thinking about creating a one page version of my website or at least merging the rev slider and the portfolio, but I’m having problems with the portfolio when I do so. Would it be possible to include the portfolio with the different sized tiles (as seen one the example i took from your site higher), in the homepage ? It looks like I can’t mix a portfolio page aspect with VC elements.
Also, I noticed a few bugs while working on the my website : • When playing a video in a project, the menu appears below the video itself. • Some elements like videos, google maps and some others aren’t affected by the margins you can put with the theme, thus cropping these elements by the width of the margins.
My WP codes remain the same.

I would like to set my portfolio on the homepage but, I can only either : 1 – Try to put the portfolio(VC portfolio, not portfolio template page) on the homepage, in this case it seems that I can’t use the masonry with customized tile sizes. 2 – Or I could also put the Rev slider (like the homepage) on a portfolio template page, but it seems VC isn’t accepted on such templates, the code appears as text only. Is there a solution ?

I’m sorry, all this time I was trying to modify the standard portfolio item, code and options and didn’t notice there was a masonry portfolio type (my bad I didn’t take a step back) the solution was so simple and yet I failed to noice it.
My masonry portfolio/spacing problem has been solved 
About the video not being affected by the margin, I simply changed the portfolio kind so the video is only in the container and not full width, but the problem remains for example for the map (full width) in the contact page (i solved it by adding padding to the map) but I thought you should know about it for other users and/or future updates

Hello! First, thanks for the theme - enjoying exploring it! Hit a small problem though with the Auto Type function. When I edit a page it doesn’t change the default text that’s displaying - so for instance on the contact page it continues to display the Why Not Say auto type even if the settings are changed in the backend. If I add a new auto type block then it displays the Hi There! text no matter what settings I give it. Any idea what’s going wrong?

I’m having some problem with parallax effect on row. I read other users had it too.
Your reply was: The parallax thing is developed by Visual composer theme, and thus they might have issues in their implementation. However, recently they have published new version that might help you with that. Please email me so I can forward you the latest version of Visual Composer.
When i set a parallax background in the row settings in the Visual Composer it doesn’t work for me. I set an image from the media library, set the parallax-simple option. Nothing is displayed, just an empty row with no image as background. Even the row content (text for example) is not dispayed. Unfortunately I’m working locally so I can’t provide any link to my site. unfortunately, I’m having a few problems with the Theme. I can not install all your Content Demo to start from your “Main demo” template. At the end of the activations I receive these messages:

Hi Ylli, Yes I install PHP configuration and I got an error message after installation. I could not go further in the demo you sent me . Also install Kalium in its donwlowd accessible version in my account.
Super theme KALIUM but too bad I can not use it as I wish . That makes three messages I left with a mail for assistance with an error message . Installing the theme is no problem but can not install the demo pack laborator . Error message : ” errType : xml- wp-content and errType : xml- products” – ERROR 500 – INTERNAL SERVER ERROR for both. So glad wordpress files, media files and wwoCommerce Products does not install . It’s been two weeks since I seek answers on the support that could be identical to my problem, I see nothing. I also saw with my host and the php is not blocked , no problems on that side . I really would like you to help me as quickly , thanks!

We would like to know about specific thing, we want to create a special page for customers with password login (we use the default password protected page by wordpress – works fine).
The thing is that we would like to use 2 portfolios or just one but use it filtered. on the main page we set specific items (12) we would like to show and on the clients page all the items.
The problem is that it does show on the first page all the specific 12 items but when you click on the portfolio page icon it shows you all the items and also when you move right to the next items it shows you the hidden ones we would like to show only for the clients.
Is there anything to do? Have any idea how to solve it?

When adding new Portfolio Items you first need to give them a name and “Save” it, after you’ve saved them some settings will appear below where you can select between the portfolio styles and set them up.
If you’ve worked before with Visual Composer then adding a video shouldn’t be a problem, I checked it and seems to work fine by pasting the link there.

where can I enter some text for google to show when someone is searching my site in google? Now what google shows is just the name of my site and then it lists the menu items and the image file names of the images used with revolution slider on the main page. This is not really nice. WP Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > click Customize below the Kalium thumbnail, then go to Site Title & Tagline to edit them.

Thanks Ylli, yes the Site Title and Tagline I know, but what I mean is, because on my landing page there is no Text, just fullscreen Portfolio slider – so google lists the menu items and the image file names, which is not nice. this is what google shows (when you google “Konrad Seidel”)

I’ll show you how you can do this with some quick steps, first create a new Revolution Slider and set it to Full-width, see screenshot to set the values the same as in the Architecture demo:
http://drops.laborator.co/1hZdJNow page you’re using as your homepage and add a new element with Visual Composer, choose the Revolution Slider and select the slider you just created.
On that row click the pen icon to edit the row settings, see image: http://drops.laborator.co/1hi4lAnd now set the Row stretch to Full Width and click Save Changes, but this is not all it – scroll down to the Header Position and set it to Absolute, save and publish your page, it should be the same as the Architecture.

Also you seem to have a lot of errors in your site while looking at your console, to fix this go to the assets folder in the wp-content/themes/kalium and set this folder permissions to 777

Yeah the filtering ist my Problem. I have 2 test categories. I want if i click on photograph that then the items fly over the page and the third fade away. But right now I click on photo and the site loaded new and then the items are shown.
That with the Folder I do during the next minutes.
Do that folder tweak it should make it work, that’s the problem I think because many of your scripts are not being loaded.
