There’s an issue that I’ve found – I keep re-editing this post, but there’s a definite bug here.
Choose Portfolio Masonry and Grid element. Put it in to page and select the category. All items have “project link” URLs. When you go to the newly designed page, the individual portfolio pieces don’t redirect – they go to the portfolio piece itself.
Thisd is only an issue in Portfolio Masonry and Grid as it works fine in Portfolio Justified.

Hi I have the7 theme installed and have been using for approx 18monnths now. It was installed and set up for me by the Company I was using at that time. I no longer use them as I host the site myself. (they transferred it to my ow hosting compay for me) I have got the API key number from him today and when I tried to open a ticket it does not recognise the API key.
Is there any way I can speak to someone or communicate via email with someone to resolve my issues of the Visual composer issue I am having at the moment since I have updated to WordPress 4.2.2 Also this may seem like a silly question and I apologise now. Is 7.1 & 7.2 updates of my older version of the7 or are they different versions entirely.

I strongly recommend you to keep such changes in Theme Options > General > Custom CSS. This way your CSS changes will be preserved during theme update process.

I have a feeling that you are using header settings in a bit wrong way:
There are general settings for Headers in Theme Options. You only need to use page-based setting if you need to overwrite something on couple of individual pages..

Then I’m afraid yes.
The7 offers much more tools for site customization than most of themes available on the market. There’s no theme even close to The7 in terms of individual headers customization. This feature was developed to highlight and accent certain pages – not to be applied to multiple pages at once. It’s not fair to blame us for that
Who sholud be blamed than? 
If I want change olny one thing than all other should be taken from default. It is not logic when changing Title/Subtitle affect default background color/div height/whatever else.
IMHO this wolud be powerful theme if you add options to save page settings as template and changing 1 option doesn’t override everything else.
how can I hide the ADMIN top-bar access to ThemeOptions? My client would play havock with access like that.

We need Ubermenu support!! When you have lots of links/content in the menu, the menu gets ugly.. easy fix with ubermenu!
Maybe a little harsh, i love the theme very much and the developer always responds to support questions. Only thing is; ubermenu was supported at first, and now not so much anymore.

Thing is Ubermenu has lots of its own styles and The7 has lots of styles for menu and headers. It is almost impossible to “make them friends” Nevertheless we are trying to do the impossible in one of upcoming major updates
