Hello,
Ive installed buddypress and bbpress. The default pages it is supposed to create have no content in them. register, activate, members and groups…all of them empty. Is there something else I need to do in order for buddypress to work with your theme?

We tried that first. We deactivated the maintenance page but the register and activate page was not working, so we reactivated the coming soon plugin.
Please test it so you can see what I mean.

Got a couple of general Buddypress questions please: 1) Is it possible for new registered users to only access the forum if the admin approves them first? 2) Is it possible to add a link/tab for the main forum where it curently has tabs for Activity, Profile, Notifications etc? 3) Also, when a user registered, can their login details be emailed to them?

I installed it via FTP because the theme wasn’t uploading through the admin panel.
I started to receive PHP errors when activating the plugins.

Hello Support,
How can we adjust the width of the templates within the theme without messing up the full width of the banner/slider?
For example one thing we want to adjust is the width of the menu so that the menu appears wider on the screen.
The full width templates are too wide and we want to make something in between.
Also is it possible to have widgets on both sides instead of one side only?

Sorry for the late reply,
1) Please add that css code in style.css file and have a look.
2) Regarding the sidebar for pages follow the steps below,
i) First you need to create the widget area from Dashboard > DreamSpa > Widget Area > Create New Widget Area > Save all
ii) Now go the pages > Some page (edit) > Select any sidebar ( right or left) > Widet options dropdown > Widget area created in step1 will be shown > Select that widget area > Update the page.
iii) Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets.
iv) You can see the widget area created in Step 1. Add some widgets to that widget area.
v) Now view the page for which you have assigned the widget area.
On the events page…two issues. First, I see no way to change the url to something else that is nested. It keeps saying anything you put in the calendar settings are invalid. Only allows you to use the following format. domain.com/events rather than something like, domain.com/page/events.
Next, on the events page, there are no breadcrumbs…completely blank other than the slashes.

New issue found. Nothing happens when I enter text into the “any content” section. I put in the text, hit save on the page, and the content I had pasted is gone. It isn’t any other plugin since on this site, the only plugins installed and running are the ones that came with your theme.
The galleries aren’t intuitive at all. If I create an entire gallery of images, linking directly to it displays nothing. For them to show up in any way, I have add all of the images a second time into the bottom section of the page. They do not show up in the carousel unless manually added rather than from the actual gallery that is created.
the carousel for the images added will align left the image and leave if grey space to the right if it is an image which is taller than it is wide.

Thanks for creating such an amazing theme. Although, I have an issue with the product detail page as follow.
I have created a variable product and want to show the image on selection of each variable. For Ex. I have an item with 3 colors. When I select red color, the red color variable image must be shown and so on. But unfortunately, this is not working as it should.
I did google for this but no luck. The forums say that this may be te theme conflict issue. Like here, http://support.nesia.me/discussion/153/main-featured-image-not-changing-to-variation-image-when-variation-is-selected/p1 They resolved the issue.

Is it possible to partially remove the buy now button in the pricing table?
Currently we have 6 pricing table items and we want to use the “buy now” button in just one of them, the rest is meant to give information about a product not to buy it.
What i want to achieve is to fill up the pricing table items that have no “buy now” button with the same layout as the text items only with no text in them.

Make sure you have entered the correct category id instead of the category name of the blog post. To find the category id, just hover the mouse on the category items and you can see the id value at the bottom from the url. Update the Retina logo from Buddha panel > General > Retina Logo, so that the mobile layout shows the retina logo. The retina logo should be exactly double the size of normal logo. If your normal logo is 100×200. Then your retina logo should be 200×400.

This does not work! I have now been forced to replace the theme logo with mine, this seems to be the only way for it to not show the original theme logo….

This is not forcing you. This is a option in our theme to show to mobile logo. We have separate option for mobile logo because, the mobile logo should have double the resolution to make it look it mobile, for which we have that option.
We checked in mobile, and we can see the logo that you uploaded and not the default logo. Please clear the cache in the mobile and have a look.
