1. can I adjust the padding between slides on the Blog Carousel to look more like the Select Carousel?

2. The featured images from my blog posts are all different sizes. The Blog Carousel does a good job of cropping them to fit the slider, but the text overlay seems to reference the bottom of the image, not the bottom of the slide.
