Hello,
I recently installed your theme on my wordpress site. It’s an awesome theme and I want to replace my current one with this. However, one of the required plug-ins that was needed is not activating. I can install the MetaBox plug in but cannot activate it. this is the error I receive:

This happens in plugin installation process. Please remove Metabox then reinstall it.

About the footer, you can add links into it however, currently, the theme does not support displaying widgets at footer.
You can create more than one price table. It depends on your need.

Sorry for the long wait. Our developers need time to handle your problem. You know, there is bunch of questions every day.
About the problem, we have tried switching to the 2015 default theme and it was still there. Now we can state that the problem is not derived from our theme.

I have two question 1. why on android device menu button is not showing off
2. is that possible to have different picture for mobile version and desktop version ? so they have 2 different picture which can only be seen by desktop user and mobile user. thank you
3. is that possible for revolution slider to be set not appear on desktop but only appear on mobile?

in slider revolution, when we set the slide to be fullscreen. on the mobile it will cut left and right side and only show the middle part of the slide.

By default, when you bought the theme. The only thing you need to do is to download the code and use it to your website. We have no idea what happened.

Thanks for taking time capturing the site. After checking your screen-shot, we have to say that it is not a requirement, it is an announcement from Visual Composer. It needs the license to turn on Auto-update function. However, the plugin was embed into the theme, and the author of Visual Composer does not allow to automatically update. But do not worry, if have any update we will let you know and get it ASAP.

After checking your blog, we have recognized three main drfferent points
1. You lacks the background image behind “Blog”. Happily, we offer an option to do this. Please move to Theme Options -> title area.
2. You lacks widgets on the right side of the blog. Please access Apperance -> Widget. Then drag the one you want into Primary sidebar.
3. Slider does not run. Did you change any line of code ?

That is correct, all of those things you mentioned is what’s wrong. I have not changed the code, it is how the page looked upon importing the site. I’m not sure how to fix it and get the sidebar visible. I want it to look like the blog page in the demo.

Take a look at the screenshot below. You can see that you have a right to customize your sidebar. 1. We have available widgets. 2. The primary sidebar. You can drag widgets from 1 and paste here.

Ive just purchased this theme and imported all the demo data, but when trying to configure the “One Page menu” This seems not to be imported. Already tried twice. Also the slider shows this error: Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias fullscreen_slider not found.
Can you please help me with this?

1. It is strange. Normally, all menus would be imported. You can send us admin info to our email: support@themealien.com for more support. You can also create your own menu. it is simple to do it yourself.
