The most recent version of the theme has broken the previous site using Avada. I have already sent a ticket request. I have reinstalled the theme twice and the Vimeo videos are only showing on mobile and tablets via the Revo slider, not through the Fusion Core. This is a massive problem causing my client and myself a significant headache. I need an immediate solution, not hearing back with the next 24 hours unfortunately, will necessitate moving away from this previously well designed and well thought-out theme. Please lend me your support as soon as possible for my client.

I really love theme and use it. I use Mega menu and at home page it looks properly, full width, starts under logo area and ends end of the menu area. But when i go any other page, and mouse over any menu item which has mega menu, menu starts underneath hovered menu item. So for example if last menu item which is contact has mega menu, it really looks very bad, it goes out of window area. Why mega menu does not work on inner pages? Any advise?

I will use Avada for 2 different sites, using the same computer, do I need to buy twice? I don’t see the option for 2… Do I need to dowload twice? thanks

As long as it is 2 separate sites, you will need one license per site. You can simply buy your first copy from our sales site here. After your first purchase you can return to the sales site and on pushing the buy button Envato will ask you if you want to rebuy. This will allow you to get a second license key and then you can register your product with us.

Hi – I’m not sure if this is a question for you guys or the Layer Slider developers, but I’ll ask here … I have set up Layer Slider on my site, with the settings and all images at 1280×500pixels. When you view the slider it first appears larger and then all jumps upwards (hopefully that makes sense!)

I have a question about licensing. I want to build a website for clients to book a service from myself or the services of my team. I’m having trouble understanding the sale of an end product and what that means in terms of licensing. Help please!

End product in terms of a website means this: You can build one site for yourself (like the one you mentioned in your question) or for a client of yours. For this you will need one single regular license. So technically for a design agency or a similar business, you need one license for any website you create that runs a theme sold here on Envato.

I’ve tried many themes here on envato that pretend to be “fully customizable” with “unlimited style and color”... so far Avada is the ONLY ONE that really allow me to customize every single aspect, every color, every border, every margin, etc…
The documentation is fantastic too, very accurate and comprehensive; i’ve never seen something like that.

First of all, fantastic theme! I have purchased two licenses and I am working on purchasing another with a new client. I have a few questions regarding some changes, please advise.
How can I align the top header contact info phone number in the center?
Also, I’ve added a medium sized button to one of my navigation menus and by default it inherited the “Dark Green” styling I assigned to the theme. However, I’ve been asked to change that color to red. How do I go about doing this?

To center the text, use “Header Content 1” for the contact info and leave “Header Content 2” empty. Then center the container of the contact infor with custom CSS.
For that, you will also have to use custom CSS and target the menu item by its ID.

1. Is it possible to load more than one demo? I like different parts of different demo pages. 2. I am trying to add a logo 250×250 to the java cafe demo, it keeps resizing the logo to 209×209 even though I entered the demo sizes into the Theme Options.

Hmmm well you can achieve any of the demo effects on one demo, but when you import a demo it changes all the theme options, etc for that one demo. Content for pages and posts is not replaced, it will just add to it. But options and settings will adjust for that demo.
You could import a few demos to get the page layouts you want, just be sure to import the demo you want last that has the styles you want.

After downloading the full package and extracting the subfolders, the most recent version of Wordpress cannot upload the Avada theme .zip file from my hard drive. I believe you may have corrupt files.

What is the error message you are getting? Is it this? http://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/are-you-sure-you-want-to-do-this/ If it is then it means the file is larger then what your server allows, you can upload it via FTP.
It is possible that when you downloaded the files from Themeforest that something may of corrupted the download. I would try again to download the WordPress zip, and also try to upload it to your server directly.

I dont understant License. Can i use the lisence on my very own affiliate sites, again and again ? obviously i dont want to buy this multiple times for quick affiliate sites, which i do.. Its not product for anyone, only for personal use. Is this allowed ?
If this is not possible then i have to look for some pay for limitless use themes.

Hi,
I purchased the theme some time ago and used it on a client site. I added the purchase code, API and my user name to ensure I got theme updates, which i did. The client no longer wants to use the theme on the previous site but instead on a different site I set up for them. So I swapped the old site over to a different theme and deleted the Aavad auto update fields, uploaded the Avada theme to the new site and generated a new API key and added my user name and original purchase code. However, I notice the new site is running version 3.7.1 which is not the latest Avada version, but there is no notification that a theme update is available. Is there a way to check that the auto update features is working on the new site?
