Aloha I’m really diggin the look and styling of this theme I need to use it to create a couple of band/performer sites. I have been looking but I do not see an embedded method to create a calendar of events (performances) am I missing something or is there a way to do this without adding third party plugins? I see pretty much everything else I need is readily apparent Soundcloud? youtube? Thanks

I bought X theme right now instead of Shopkeeper by mistake. As we haven’t downloaded the theme yet, I would like you help me with this problem. Hi there, before I buy your theme, there seems to be major issue with the short codes and the latest update of wordpress (4.2.3) , I know your theme contains many many short codes and is mainly based on it for easy integration, will your theme / plugins suffer the same problem as many many others and if so when will updates be made: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2015/07/23/changes-to-the-shortcode-api/
The problems seem to centre around Toolset Types and Views, if this is a major issue then i might be best if I use someone else’s theme, because at the moment the choice is “secure and broken” & “vulnerable and functional”

Hi! Pre-sales question here.
I’m going to redesign an existing website and I plan on using this theme. However, I have a few questions. The website is already online (www.mamachanguito.com) but after I rebuild it with this theme, it will be moved to another host. I have created a local domain in this new host to start setting up the website. My plan is to design it in this local domain, then move the existing domain to the new host and then replace the existing webpage with the one created in the local domain.
Will all this process be possible with the X theme? Or will I have problems with the license? It will all be the same webpage, but it will first be created locally on my host and then migrated into the existing and purchased domain.
Just wondering as I have never purchased a premium theme before.

As each Stack is unique and there are unique layout/design considerations for each, those unique aspects are found in the dropdown (Integrity, Renew, Icon, or Ethos) based on which Stack is first selected.

The idea about this is to use both codes in conjunction. The nextpage code is splitting your page in several smaller pages. To let people see what content is on those pages you can use the table of contents shortcode after your nextpage shortcode to display a list of the content. By adding the “page” ID attribute to the table of content item shortcode you can link the title to the page you’ve created previously with the nextpage code. Hope that helps.

On my home page I am using the visibility shortcode with phone hidden. Text appears but not the image. [image src=”1131” alt=”Emerald City Construction Jobs” type=”none” float=”none” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” link=”” target=”” lightbox_video=”” class=”mbn”]
That image source presented like that may be an issue if it were ever deleted or re-uploaded. A member of our development team would be happy to take a look in the forum to find the solution.

Looking at buying a license for your theme for the first time, but been burned with overly query-intense themes before. The lack of things like mega menu and whatnot definitely reduces the strain, but was wondering if you could post (particularly for Ethos) query stats for the main page? Through CDN, caching, etc, I’ll do what I can, performance-wise, but as there will be parts of the site available only to registered users, there are times when a full call from the database is required.

In most cases, X doesn’t add any extra queries. As a theme, we want to provide styling and aesthetics, without adding any heavy lifting. For Ethos, you’ll have the main WordPress query, and optionally one additional query if you’re using the post carousel. We also have a recent posts shortcode which can be placed anywhere on your site. This invokes a separate query, but is completely optional.

1.) Can I set up menu position on home page differently than on subpages (stack INTEGRITY)? Example: I want a fixed top menu on home page and a fixed right menu on subpages
2.) Is it possible to have two menus on home page? Main menu and secondary menu?
3.) Is it possible to change hover color for every menu button (probably with custom css)?
4.) Is your theme compatible with plugins like s2Member or Thrive Leads?

1) The menu position is set globally, however there are various page template options (some with and without the header). With regards to positioning the menu differently on different pages, this would require some customizations.
2) Yes, if you included the second menu in a sidebar for instance. There is not a way to include to menus in the header area. There is an optional TopBar that goes above the header area where you can include some text on the left and social icons on the right. With the text on the left, you could include some links like we have in this demo.
3) Yes, would require custom CSS.
4) Have not tested those 2 particular plugins and regretfully can’t provide support or guarantee compatibility unless the tool has been integrated into the theme in some way.

Hi There, ThemeForest only gives you the option to place your theme under one main category and since X was much more versatile then simply being under BuddyPress we opted for a different category.
So I read that Buddypress is considered in X. I see profiles in your demos. I thought it could be either buddypress at work, bbpress – or both and now I think it’s simpler to just ask nicely than being forced to get out my Firefox. I would like to know most certainly: YES and maybe a link to how or No – if Buddypress and BBPress are not only compatible – but I need to know if it’s as integrated into X just as well as it is with Envatos Add To Cart button.

If you are asking whether BuddyPress and bbPress are integrated into X, they certainly area. Even more, each Stack has it’s own unique styling that you can see on the 01 demos of each Stack. Nice. That’s the most straight answer I’ve received on a non-buddypress theme – and the fastest ever on TF. And I can see from your suggestions that both Buddypress and BBPress are well developed and supported. Is X multi-site compatible?
And is there a live demo of Cornerstone. All I can find on Google is a features page. From the content – the editor looks like upfront, which I a familiar with.
Yep, X is multisite compatible. There is not a live demo of Cornerstone, but you can see this video for an in-depth overview. Cornerstone is unlike anything on the market today
Anyone who owns a website should own at least one X theme license.
This product enabled me, with no experience at all, to create a fully responsive and impactful business website that rivals any professionally made site. Every tool you could ever need seems to just be there already including things I hadn’t even thought of. We now have live chat running on our site through an extension already within the theme!
Support from these guys is great too. I had one tiny problem, (obviously was my own wrong doing). I posted a question in their support forum and within a few hours the problem was all sorted!!

You only can embed vimeo videos when you’re having vimeo pro, otherwise vimeo is not allowing embedding of their videos. Background sound/music is not possible for any of our background sliders. Let me know if you need anything else.
Hello, I just purchased your theme yesterday and installed it on my WP site today. I never activated, but used the preview function to get an idea of what our existing site would like with your theme. Shortly after, I noticed all our plugins had disappeared. Do you have any idea what might have caused this or any idea of a solution to retrieve all the plugins.
