Hi, Just want to say that, this is a an awesome theme and just becomes better and better, which is why i am contacting you. I have been looking for a good review theme and as you say that Avada is the swiss army knive of themes, i think it would be an awesome idea to include shortcodes for reviews (user reviews, not only editor reviews) ;-p

You will need one license per project you create using Avada. This is generally true for any theme you can buy here on ThemeForest. According to the regular license you need one license per end product. And end product is considered to be one website in this case.

when I upload “INSTALLABLE WordPress files only” it I have an error 500 Server Error
A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again

Hmm that message means your server is having issues and went down during upload. I would contact your host to see what is going on.
Also make sure you are only uploading the Avada.zip file, not the full package.
But from the error above, it is related to your server / hosting so they may be having temporary issues.

Yes we most certainly do It is already somewhat complete but we’re adding some special integration for it with a 3rd party plugin. We cannot give much details about it yet, but it is on our list and will be one of our next demos that is released.

You could import the Church demo when it is done, however we cannot give an exact date for when that will be ready. We are not adding sermon management feature specifically, but you could easily use the portfolio feature for this, each sermon can get its own single post page and you can display a preview of each one on any page.

Hello , I Install Avada , from Filezilla and always disconnected from the server when the file to load esta 795 . Also try to install it from wordpress but apparently is very heavy file . can help me ??

2 questions:
1. Is there a way I can change the font size of the “price” section on the pricing table? I’d like to add words instead but the default size is currently too big.
2. I know that in the old versions of Avada, in the Appearance>Theme Options>Page Title Bar I had the option to change the border color. Now, I don’t see it there since I’ve updated the theme. I currently have a border color I’d like to change. Is there another way for me to do so?

... I’ve now updated to version “Avada v3.8.5” (WordPress 4.2.3)!
I’ve in the Appearance > Theme Options > “Custom CSS Options” some css customs, but this custom css, will no more accepted in the front view!
If I look in html source code, I see – my custom css will be destroyed with “html placeholder blanks / characters”.
Example (befor update): .CV_top_blau {text-align:right;}
And this the destroyed CSS Example (after update): .CV_top_blau%20%7B%0A%09text-align%3Aright%3B%0A%7D%0A%0A.CV_APP_TOP_SMALL%2C%0A
What is wrong / happend? What can I do? What can you do?

Hmm it seems the CSS was encoded somehow, but you an fix it with this tool here: http://www.url-encode-decode.com
Copy your CSS and paste it there, it will decode it and you can copy/paste it back into CSS field.

You can setup Avada on your development and production site at the same time using one license. A license is however required for every website that is live and not in development mode.

You do not need to activate in the temporary domain, that is up to you. If you do activate it, then you need to deactivate when you transfer it by removing the credentials in the Welcome Screen area.

pre sales 2 questions Is it possible to have say for pages maybe even home page when page loads they see not a slider and images change etc BUT a a single graphic header image jpeg etc (your site name and what you do ) bit like say large logo as image and words about 1180×405 pixels if so how do you do this and set it up …..and do you have demo page similar for your classic version link I can see to show case this concept

Also I much prefer menu navigation and say mega menú etc to be set BELOW header graphic image or even slider not above and first thing you see can this be done if so how please?

Fir the logo/graphic, you can either use a image in the page contents, or also use a header background image for individual pages to achieve this.

Would you add say your logo graphic to fusion builder say full width content element section to achive this? or which element should be used? and WHATif one of the pages had say right side bar then what element would you typically use? Concerning menú navigation wanting it below slider or image graphic…you gave a link to the architecture demo to see BUT I am likely to use your some of your classic demos How would you actually choose the menú to be set below the slider or header background image.

You don’t have to apply it yourself anymoe. Avada 3.8.6 is out now and you can simply download it here from ThemeForest and install it. Or use the auto updater in your WordPress backend.

1. Due to the Hosting companies’s specifications, we inevitably resistered 3 times before, in finding suitable Hosting Company. We deleted API Keys in Themeforest and registered.
2. After getting the API from Themeforest, we got the permission from Wordpress. By the way, when we fill the purchase code in the box of Automatic updates & Premium support in Plug-In Layer Slider WP, we failed in getting permssion. Without Import, it shows only 3 samples’ specificatons. Could you help us ?

the images for my posts are showing different sizes on the main screen. how do i make all images automatically crop to the same size on the main blog page?

This will depend on the blog layout you use. Timeline and grid layouts use full aspect ratio images, so if your images don’t have the same dimensions on upload, the image sizes displayed will vary. The same is true for the 2 large layouts. For the medium layouts, smaller, cropped image versions are used.

Generally, every setting you change vis the “Fusion Page Options” on a post edit screen will only be valid for that particular post. If you want to include all pages/posts, please to the changes in the Theme Options panel.
