Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to add the like count on project pages as it is on the post, and if there is an easy solution ? So far i managed to insert the counter a custom way but i don’t know how i can link it to the jsscript so it actually counts… Thanks !

Actually I work on local for know, i will put it online by the end of the week and send you like then, It is the slideshow arrows on the header that stay white on white. thanks for the quick answer !

I can’t say exactly if it would work better with words than pictures, but I recommend trying to look over our portfolio of themes – something tells me you’ll find the one you like.

Hey guys- love this theme and thinking about buying it. One question – are there any other options for the blog page? I am not stoked on how there is a black border around all the images. It doesn’t seem to go with the rest of the theme? Can I grid it more or just remove the border?

Yes, you can either remove the border via the following custom CSS snippet. Unfortunately, you can’t grid the Blog Archive but you can grid Projects Archive via Customizer.

Regarding the changes that you are trying to make, sure, they can be done but only by some custom work on the theme due to the complexity of the modifications and the assistance of a developer.

I just got one major issue when I try to migrate from local to the distant server : projects tab missing in backoffice and 404 on all project who are displayed correctly on the homepage. PixTypes extension is installed but not displayed in the settings. (tried manual migration and also backupbuddy & duplicator pluggin).

Ok I finally found a solution with the “all-in-one-wp-migration” pluggin, installing first the same wordpress version then importing backup. The local configuration is perfectly restored. No idea what happened with other plugging.

After I upgraded to Wordpress 4.3 the Customize tab in the Appearance section stopped working properly.
The first buttons works fine but if you for examples press Sizes and Spacing the sidebar just become black and the white button in the top is only 35 procent visible.

I’m sorry to see you’re facing some problems, but Wordpress 4.3 came with a lot of changes therefore that’s why it became so faulty.

Really it is awesome but I put portfolio archive page template to my home page. But hover effect on projects container sizes are different. I have tried with same size of feature image project picture. But nothing happens. Please let me know how can I set same container size for all projects while hover in homepage. I can see on your website that the hover effects are a bit rough on the animations. Therefore I recommend and update first to the latest version. Please remember to backup your theme before the update.
If you want to set the same size for the projects you can go to Appearance-> Customizer-> Archive Grid-> and uncheck the Enable 3D grid.
Also, if you are still facing problems after the update regarding the hover effect, can you open a ticket on our HelpDesk maybe, so we can investigate this properly?

1. You’ll need the help of a developer in order to do it because it requires more than a couple of lines of CSS .
2. Yes you can do it by going into Theme options-> General and dis/enable the Right click protected button

Hi, I’m a complete newby to website building. I have successfully installed PILE but when I go to use the Theme Options from the top menu bar to upload my own logo, flavion, change the footer etc I get a message saying “The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule”. The issue presented above could indicate some server setting that does not play right. Could you forward this to the hosting provider as well ? If they don’t manage anything can you open a ticket on our HelpDesk for us to investigate it properly?

Now, you can try and use a coming soon plugin which puts your website on a maintenance mode, to make everything easier. About the front page issue, have you tried setting it from Settings-> Reading -> and select the desired Home Page from there?

I suppose that with Portfolio you were actually referring to the Project.
You can put in a project as many pictures as you need, but you have also to take care to the file size of the pictures. In case you upload many big pictures it will result in a slow loading site, but this aspect also depends on the server. So I’d also recommend you to optimize the size of the pictures before uploading them. I hope my answer’s been helpful.

Hey guys-
Great theme but i noticed something and want to check that there is a way to fix it before I but the theme. When you add an item to your cart, there is a notification at the top right corner of the screen that 1 item has been added. However, if you navigate to any other part of the site, the notification disappears until you return to the shop. Is there any way to keep that notification there so that the viewer can see their cart at anytime and place on the site?

Now, the counter/cart is intentionally hidden there with some custom CSS on some specific pages, but by default it will display on every page.
