My client has purchased this theme and I am needing to display a custom curvy slider in the footer, I was hoping to be able to do this via a shortcode (so I could do a php call for it within the footer.php file).
Can you help me at all?

Curvy Slider V2 brings new features. You can now change slider size with Curvy Slider V2. Also, it supports HTML5 background videos. And new version allows you to choose full screen slider mode. New easing methods. And some other new features are included with the new version. And as I said, it only comes with the Azoom Theme for now.

Bought this theme, i see it’s version 1.2. When i check on the theme it says 1.1.5 and when i check for updates or download it here i always get the 1.1.5 and in admin it says i’m using the latest version…

That seems weird. It shouldn’t say that. I’ve just downloaded the latest files from ThemeForest to test it and it seem to look fine. If you have any caching (server side or WordPress Plugin) try to disable it and try again. Visual Composer is not included in Azoom. It’s also not necessary. However, Visual Composer should work with Azoom. But you won’t be able to use our unique features and elements in Rock Page Builder if you use Visual Composer. You can also disable Rock Page Builder in Theme Options.

first of all: nice job, I really like your template design! You got me hyped and I think about purchasing this product. Two questions tho:
1) As an artist the portfolio is the most important part in my homepage design. Most people like to increase the images when they click on them and watch them more closely one by one. Can I change what happens if you click on an image (increase in that case + slide through them with arrow keys), instead of ?
2) Can I create own icons and implement and use them just as the icons you created for the demo?

1 – We have a feature for displaying more featured images. For example, can you check this page ;
http://azoom.curvyslider.com/blog/blog-masonry/When you hover the first article, you will see an image icon (will display bigger image) and gallery icon (will display all featured images with navigation). Is that what you are asking for?
2 – We have a large font icon library here ;

You can not extend these font icons. However, you can use your image files instead of icons for some elements. Just like our Iconic Text element here ;

Azoom has got a lot of features. Those icons are entirely optional, you can enable/disable them. You can add lightbox gallery, lightbox video and use lightbox for navigating items. I think what you wanted is that gallery icon.
But clicking on image will not enable gallery lightbox. Only the gallery icon will. Because users will more likely want to read details about those items. And they want to click to get into the details When you click on gallery icon, it will enable the lightbox. And then you can use arrows, or keyboard arrows to navigate between images easily

The problem I am experiencing is the rock builder not responding and spinning on the save button. IU managed to edit one or 2 things on the homepage before this happened but it seems now there is a JS conflict somewhere as shown below from chrome:

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme We haven’t seen any issue like this before. Do you use any 3rd party plugins? If so, can you try to disable them? Also, if you are using WooCommerce make sure your server settings are above the required level for it. You can check those details at “Appearance > Theme Options > Server Details”.

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme There are different variants of Title Breadcrumbs areas. We have different one for WooCommerce, different one for archives blogs, different one for pages. And also Retina versions and so on Maybe that is the reason of the conflict. You can login to our Support Forum if you are still not able to get it working

1 – We don’t have MP3 player element. But WordPress Media should be able to handle it via Text Area. You can also use plugins which can work with shortcodes for MP3 files.
2 – I know HTML5 videos with Revolution Slider is possible. But I’m not really sure about Youtube Background Full Screen video sliders. We have included Revolution Slider in Azoom. They have full width video slider with Vimeo but it displays the player buttons. And I’m not really sure if it can do what you are wanting for Youtube video.
3 – Sure, you can disable grid animations on any page. You can turn on/off grid animations by using Rock Page Builder
4 – Steps can only work as horizontal. You can change the text details ofcourse. But I’m not really sure what do you mean by saying “text inside the circles”? Do you want to change numbers?
5 – Yes, you can make your own page by using Rock Page Builder. There is no limit!
6 – You can delete them, or simply remove them from the menu, then use it later.

For the steps, we use numbers there. Because those single numbers are small elements. If you try to add dates there, it would break the circle. Because date will require wider area than just a single number. Steps automatically adds those numbers. Thus we do not have a feature to change the numbers for now.

First of all overall great theme. One of the best I had a chance to work with!
Second: I’ve registered to your support website, but I didn’t receive email, thus no password to log in.
Lastly few questions:
1. How to change default wordpress shop that is shop regular page to shop masonry page?
2. I also can’t find access to change team members. There is a sample page of it but without images as well. I can’t find where to update team members. There’s no link in the left corner of admin panel, as suppose to be.

1 – You can do it by going to Shop Masonry page. Edit that page, and use Special Grids. In special grids select “Insert Content Before Sidebars”. Then save the Shop Masonry page. Go to “Appearance > Theme Options > Archive Settings”. Set “Shop Masonry” page for “Archive Layout Page for product”. And that’s it!
2 – We do not use post types for team members. You can add Team Members directly in Rock Page Builder. Just edit Team Members page or any page which use Team Members. Then enable Rock Page Builder. Find the “Team Members” element and edit it. You will see the element details there such as image URL, text, social icons etc.
There are some issues with Envato lately. That is the reason you are not able to login to our Support Forum. But if you can email me your Purchase Code I can complete your registration to Support Forum

Missing Images for default data import
Hello,
I have installed the theme and then added default data from the Appearances >> Theme Options. The default data got added successfully. But the images of this data were missing.
On verification, it was found that the images were pointing to following folders: uploads/2015/06 uploads/2014/11 and few more
But these directories were missing to my setup. Also, when i wrote a script tp download files from http://azoom.curvyslider.com/wp-content/uploads/ and place in the uploads folder, the images didn’t get reflected.
I believe when we import default data, all the required files should also be created. I have to now manually set images for all the default data. Can you let me know some other way out?

When you install our demo data, it will load all required elements, forms, sliders and Theme Options data. I assume you have already installed demo data. And now you see the data installed.
Images are not included in the demo load. Because we are using some premium images. And we are not able to include them into the demo load. Also, we have used a lot of images in our demo. Including images would overload your server CPU on installation. And mostly will generate errors. And will require higher execution times and more. To avoid all of these issues we have not included demo images. This will increase user experience and make the installation very easy.
As you can see in our installation demo here, placeholders should be displayed when you install a demo. Placeholder, is a default image to display in image areas.

Simply edit the page you want, enable the Rock Page Builder and add the images by editing elements you wanted to use
