I had tried neither install as a *.zip or uploaded to ftp plugin folder. It needs a fix actually. My website is running WP 2.4.2 with your theme Porto 2.3.1. its the temp url, sqw.picpark.com. you can see the failed shortcode.
By the way, I am not able to provide admin access to public right now. But I really need some of those addons function for further developement. Please help.

I would like to purchase this theme. I have few question for you to answer:
1. Cache System: I am using WP-Rocket Cache system. Is this compatible with your theme?
2. I run Run pagespeed on your demo but the Mobile shows 52/100 and Desktop shows 72/100 and suggesting to Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content. Also if I Minify, CSS, HTML and JS, is that going to be an issue?

Hi, 1. We didn’t tested with rocket cache plugin. 2. Our Demo sites are not using the cache plugin. You should minify css, js, html using cache plugin. 3. We will fix validation issues in next release. 4. It’s available rich snippets for reviews and ratings.

Hi I am using the header design “side” and try to set the following CSS: @media (min-width: 992px) .page-wrapper.side-nav .page-top.fixed-pos { box-shadow: none; } But however the change does not take effect whether I change it in the child style.css nor in the theme options custom css tab. I noticed that the child style.css is not the last style definition file in the header, that is maybe the reason why it is not working, but why is it also not working in theme options? Shouldn’t the child’s style file be the last in the header?

I’ll consider your suggestion to add the filter and implement in the future. You should edit the individual portfolios and members in Portfolios, Members on admin sidebar.
Thanks for the reply, but I don’t want to edit the individual portfolios, I don’t even want individual portfolios, I want team members to be un-clickable. What I want to do is have text around it. Saying something about the team, etc. I just want to add content around the list in stead of an empty page with only the members in them. is this possible?
Please edit content-archive-member.php and content-archive-portfolio-xxxxx.php in wp-content/themes/porto. You can remove the links in these template files.

Hi, This is a static block. You should empty “Content Top” in View Options when edit the home page. You can see “Content Top” is top-ads. If you want to change the texts, you should edit “Top Ads” block in Blocks on admin sidebar. Regards.

Porto does not include Revolution slider. Porto is using OWL slider.
1) – Can it use Revolution Slider ?
2) – Can you provide instruction on how to install “Revolution Slider” for your theme ?
1) I replied wrong, Porto is using Master slider. But you can install Revolution Slider as Porto supports it.
2) You can use the instruction that comes from the Revolution Slider.
So all I would have to do is…
- Install Revolution Slider
- Place the Slider using the “Visual Composer” shortcode ?

Hi, I need help insalling your theme.
I was trying with WP4.2.3 but downgraded to 4.2 and still no joy. The yith woocommerce plugin crashes my wordpress installation completely requiring complete re-install.
The demo master sliders bug out after slider 1 imports. The dummy content refuses to import and no pages import on the demo import.
You need to help me sort this. I’m working with the WP installable files only zip package.

Hi, I have noticed that product star rating under IE can’t display 5 stars. I have 5 stars under chrome and firefox but for some reason 1 star is missing under IE.

The original Porto wordpress theme was removed permanently due to lack customer service, and this is completely new different with old one. You should contact the author Spyropress to get support.

Hi, Porto theme didn’t embedded still vc 4.6.2 because we didn’t tested this version in porto theme. We will embed this version in next release. Porto latest version embedded vc 4.6.1. If you are using vc 4.6 or older, please deactivate and delete this plugin in Plugins on admin sidebar. Please install and activate in Appearance > Install Plugins.
