hi there is an ongoing issue with your vertical and horizontal tabs. they always appear mashed up together.
for example. tab 1 will have the information of tab 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 the other tabs will have no information.

When I install the child theme, the SoulMedic tab in the WP backend disappears, and the navigation is all over the place.

You can directly update the latest version since the latest version will be the combination of all other versions. Also if you have made custom changes in style.css file, then take backup of that file and once updation is done, do the changes in the latest file. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

I am experiencen issues, that other users already mentioned. My first issue is that the buddha panel has a bugged layout, which I cannot see any reason for. The second is that on Wordpress 4.2.2 I lack the Pagebuilder-Option, although it is activated in the Panel it does not show up in the Editor.

1) Please try disabling the external plugins, other than the theme recommended plugins and check the issue.
2) Make sure you have followed all the below steps to update the theme to the latest version.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.

I am not sure what could have gone wrong, but lately our website is loading extemely slow.
Also, when viewing the website in Internet Explorer, the whole website is shifted to the left and displays incorrectly. It displays fine in Chrome though.

1) The page loads faster for us. If you still need it to be faster, trying installing cache plugins like super cache, optimize the images used in your site, remove unwanted plugins and images.

We have tried it inhouse and externally and it is definitely taking way too long to load, even when it loads and you click on one of the links, is takes way way too long to open the next page. We have deleted all unnecessary plugsin and images already!
Have you opened the website in IE, please do and let me know what you see. The whole website loads incorrectly in any IE browser!.
This is quite urgent and would need your support with this please.

Hi there,
I’ve recently activated the Polylang plugin to build a bilingual site. At appearance > menu, it says the theme supports 4 menus. Therefore I try to assign the language switcher to the HEADER MENU (of both languages) and the nav menu to the TOP MENU (of both languages). However, after doing this, the TOP MENU (of both languages) doesn’t show up anymore. Any thoughts?
