Hello- I’ve just purchased the theme but I’m having problems with installing and activating the plugins- what can I do please? Thank you

I read the instructions on self hosted videos but it would be really helpful if you could let me know which export settings you used for your demo videos show on home 2. Info like bit rate, max file size, rendering quality etc would be great.

How do I disable the image rollover that shows the link and magnify icon on images? I just want the user to click on an image and have it take them to the specified url destination.

I went ahead and bought the theme. Could you please help me with the following tweaks.
1 – On woocommerce products how do I get the tabs for ‘description, reviews, additional’ to move above the description box and allow the description box to fill that space?
2 – I’ve noticed that the h2 headers look fuzzy and not sharp like in your demo. Is there a setting I need to change?
3 – How do I get product categories to show up in the store sidebar? Is there a widget and if so will it show sub cats?

1. You can change it from theme options -> woocommerce options tab.
2. It might the choice of font. We use custom font for headings and you can also set one from theme options -> typography tab.
3. You can assign a sidebar to the shop page and use woocommerce product categories widget on it http://d.pr/i/1f4hZ

Thanks, regarding the font – I’ve just used the default after installation which I believe is the same used in your demo but yet it renders differently on my site with the same browser.

Unfortunately, this won’t be possible without custom coding. You will have to edit the theme files to add registration to the dropdown login form.

Well this would be possible too, but Avada outputs image caption etc. differently,, so you will have to make some CSS additions to the custom CSS area to ge the design of your screenshoot.

I have bought the theme, I would like to know if it is able to add the section, so that the visitors can register/login to the site, and he or she is able to write the article instead of the web master?
The second question is if it is posssible to add the members pic and information on the page, so that the other visitors can contact them without registration to the site.

Fresh install of 3.8.6 and it has some bugs. The social media tab is missing in the theme options and there is no checkbox for Twitter to display. Also submitted ticket to support.

Your demo site http://theme-fusion.com/avada/ has 12 content boxes with images and a black background. Where do you get the code for this. If I use the page template option in fusion builder its not the same. How do I get the images the exact same size with the text below it, everything exactly the same! Frustrating its the demo but impossible to get the code for it so it displays exactly the same!
I copy those images from the demo page so my images are exactly the same size, I create 4 columns, I create image frames but my images are still smaller than the demo. How can I make it look exactly the same, where is the code please?
