Hi! Great theme! Im thinking to purchase this, but I just have one question. The plans I make with different prices. Is it any possibility to make it able for customer to buy/purchase a plan directly through the website?

And is it possibly to make a full payment for project than monthly? One time payment.
What happens when customer choses a plan? Does it gets sent to us as a order or will they get directed to a form to fill and then that form will come to us by mail?

as mentioned in our fist answer, we only deliver the visual markup for the plans, everything else needs to be covered by a plugin.

Hi,
I guess you are referring to the pricing tables which are coming with the theme. Well these plans only offer the mark-up, means you can add content but you can’t manage subscribers. You need to add a plugin to achieve this goal and link our pricing tables button to the subscriber page.

I’ve had this theme for my website for quite some time, but now (maybe with the udpates) I’m getting this really weird “title” on inside pages (look in the upper left – that’s not supposed to be there). How do I remove this????

You can change the link behaviour inside the portfolio management under “UT Portfolio” and edit each portfolio item. Beneath the WordPress Editor you can find an option named “Show Portfolio” – simply set it to “on a separate portfolio page”.

Please go to “Settings” > “Permalinks” and update your permalink structure by simply hitting save. WordPress will let you know if the change was successful or needs manual changes inside the htaccess file.

I am having some trouble with my brooklyn theme. I have a video BG from your tube and I am using the overlay dots (option1) on top. BUT the dots cover 90% of the video and the bottom 10% has no overlay which looks strange. I can’t figure out how to make the overlay cover the whole thing. This is only on the main page at the very top. Every other section with the video looks fine. Thanks!

Can you change he Brooklyn logo to another business logo?

We purchased this theme and installed it. There’s this issue with hyperlinks where our website’s domain URL is being inserted before an href value.
i.e. mailto:myname@mydomain.com becomes http://www.ourdomain.com/mailto:myname@mydomain.com
Likewise, https://www.faceboo.com becomes http://www.ourdomain.com/www.faceboo.com from the social media links.
Do you have an idea why this is happening? Can you help me find a solution please.

Hello , I liked the theme of you , however before buying wonder if you guys have video tutorials , for I saw that you guys do not have the visual composer , it’s all right shortcorde ? so I want to know if you guys have video tutorials teaching how to put together a page step by step. and I can customize the buttons on the slide type that “Learn More” changing his color etc.. It’s a page based system with a mix of shortcodes as the content. And styling settings for the section or page layout. All shortcodes can be built with an editor. We do not have video tutorials, only written once which are available after the purchase. And yes the button is customizable inside the theme options panel.

Love this theme. I have a strange problem though. When I add custom links to the main menu, with full url’s, they get interpreted as #section links. Something is broken because it used to work before. Please help. Also posted in support twice, guess it’s holiday time!
