Question- why is it that when I set a photo as a background in a container it becomes zoomed in and distorted?

Nice theme. How do I stop the header logo’s movement from the top to where it should be in the header? I just want it to load into it’s spot. But it appears to move upon loading. Thanks!

There is not a shadow option for the full width container. You could add a separator though on the edge and add the “shadow” style for it. That may produce the look you are going for. There is currently not an option for that, it will trigger once the header goes out of view. This can be doe but would require code customization. You can open a ticket with our staff and they can point you in the right direction for editing, however it may be more involved then just a simple change so I cannot make any promises on that.

I’ve replaced the font awesome files for the latest version (4.4.0) so I could add a new icon but now they don’t appear whatsoever.

hy, something is wrong with the dutch translation, when i change to dutch language all sidebars are reset and all pages have no sidebar (even before was with sidebar). this happen only with dutch. i have allready change the .mo and .po files with the latest from 3.8.6. thank you

yes, i have the files from Avada_Full_Package, from Languages folder, i have also a older version of .mo and po and is working fine with this files. i have open latest .po file with poedit and there si a lot of wrong translations, some with % character…where is no need for that. thank you

I seriously thinking of purchasing the theme for a piece of work, however theres one key function which I’d like to style up in a certain way that I’d like to clarify.
I have a question related to the toggle shortcode. I’m wondering if I can make something in Avada that looks like the toggles in my mockup in the link. I would like the toggle headings to have a coloured background. Is this possible?

There is not currently a setting to achieve that, but yes it can easily be done with some CSS. This is also something we plan on adding as a built in feature soon.

1. This is possible out of the box if you are using the portfolio feature, however the text on rollover is the post title and categories, it is not customizable. That would take custom work
2. I’m not sure about that, I think not since its text/content that only shows on hover. But it could possibly be done with custom work.

1. How to add small images of : a phone, a mobile phone and a fax machine to a widget I want to add to the footer? there will be the phone numbers to the right from the images. (I have a the images)
2. there is a possibility to add a team member, where you add their photo, role within the company, a brief description. the question is: between the name and role within the company and another section where we can add other details is a space, an empty line. How to remove this empty space? so that we can have it just a line after a line? how to have control over where to remove the line and where to leave it? I have two more questions, related to a slider:
we have installed the Revolution slider, Layerslider, Fusion slider, Elastic slider. For the home page we used Layerslider. There are two problems:
1. how to cut the image for the slider to have the exact image on the page? at the moment, I tried to cut it a few times, to have the image I wanted, but every time it shows up differently.
2. the image changes into another image by fading, from left to right, right to left, etc. in many styles. I would like to change the images using just one style, from left to right. How to do it?

I built my own custom shortcode, and added it to Half Column > TextBlock however its moving the shortcode to the top. How can i make it nest in the column > textblock

I am using vertical tabs. They work fine. However, when I open the site in mobile view, it looks ugly.
There are many vertical tabs (14 tabs) .. When opened on a mobile phone, the tabs are listed, but the content is displayed under the last tab, so a user has to scroll all the way down to see the content of the first tab.
Is it possible to make it look like this:
I tap on a first tab, the content is shown immediately under the first tab… etc…

I’d like to sell photographic prints via portfolio pages because woocommerce pages don’t have the right kind of layout.
Is there a way to add a purchase function to a portfolio page where customers can choose sizes and then order?
I realize I could create a woo product and just add a buy button to the portfolio page but that product would also exist in the woo catalog and be visible in the front end – causing confusion.
What would be the best way to handle this?

Unfortunately, there is not a way to integrate portfolio with woocommerce.
You can choose to hide woocommerce products from the catalog. Check out woocommerce documentation for more info.
