Hi!
Somehow I lost the default font for the navigation links on Avada Cafe. I’m wondering which font are the navigation links shown on the Avada Cafe live demo on the ThemeFusion website.
Thanks!
Hello!
The font for the menus is Unica One.

Tell me, please! The source code demo-Avada has a huge css, you wrote about a compilation of css-what does it mean?
Hello!
The demo uses the CSS compiler already, which means that dynamic CSS is included in separate files. The CSS you can see in the footer is only for our style selector plugin, that we use to show some bgs, demo versions etc. on our site. It is not part of the theme and thus you won’t see that CSS when you use Avada.

Is this theme compatible with OptimizePress? thank you
Hello!
Yes from what we understand it is, however we do not consistently test for that plugin. We will make adjustments though if an issue arises.
Thanks!
great! thank you.
You are welcome
Hi, just a quick pre-sale question, Ive noticed that even when people change the theme name in style.css and the folder name the name still appears in the source code in the form of ids. Would I be able to remove this as this is important to me if Im to purchase this theme as a backbone.
Are you referring to CSS id’s? If so then yes that will still show in the id’s. But we do not use “avada” in our id’s from what I know.
It seems you do use them in the id’s Print screen included:
http://puu.sh/jplRr/984d774bf1.pngAnyway I could rename these without breaking the theme?
As I say, its just important that I can make it 100% white-label before use.
Thanks again.
Hello!
That is the stylesheet reference names. You can change them in class-avada-scripts.php to any reference name, thus white labeling the output.

Hi, looking at my friends demo site, where do I locate that as I cant seem to find it?
Hello,
Please create a support ticket on our support site at http://theme-fusion.com/support/ for more info.
Thanks!
I mean demo Awada – blog layouts. In any of the layouts (posts) duplicated headers H1 and H2. Why they are duplicated, there must be one title in H1??? Screenshot – https://yadi.sk/d/tOtvzeSLiG9EN (title “Blog Slideshow Post”) – double title H1 and H2. This is very bad for SEO!
I was about to buy this theme but doubles titles – me in shock!
Actually this is not a concern because you can disable either of those and have full control over them.
Keep in mind, this is a demo site with fake titles
The H1 is the post title in the top page title bar (gray bar that spans across width of page). You can fully disable that or customize the heading (and subhead if you wish)
Then the H2 is the actual post title below the image, which you can make whatever you want and also disable on single post page.
So it is not an issue, you have full control over both of those
Good day
Thank you for a great theme. I discovered now that after upgrading my theme, the sidebar is not showing anymore when I create new pages.
I’ve created different widget areas that I can select from when going to the sidebar tab below the Fusion Page Options heading at the bottom of the page. I’ve selected the sidebar I want to display but nothing shows. How can I get this sorted?
Thank you!
Hello!
Have you checked the widget area of your admin to ensure widgets are added to those sidebars? We can take a look at this in detail if you can post a ticket for us with all the info. Please signup at our support center and submit a new ticket. Include all the details about the issue, your site URL and version of Avada. For faster service, please include your WP and FTP login info when creating the ticket. Our support team will check it out and let you know.

Hi It´s posible to upload multiple portfolio items in 1 step?
Hello,
You will have to find a plugin which will let you create multiple posts at the same time. It’s not possible out of the box with a theme.
Thanks!
Hi,
The “Related Products” text shows up to the right of the page out alignment for some reason – http://websiteindevelopment.com/khakis/shop-page/accessories-2/bigi-navy-with-gold-white-stripes-tie/ – could you tell me what it could be?
Hello,
This is a known issue, to fix this, use this custom css:
.related.products { clear: both; }
We’ll fix this in the next version.
Thanks!
Hello! I am interested in the question – SEO. As you can see in the screenshot-https://yadi.sk/d/tOtvzeSLiG9EN, title “Blog Slideshow Post” is duplicated (above it in H1, H2 below), and it is the same? It will be duplicated title?

Bulky Code, Terribly Slow Loading.
Hello,
I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
I’m sure this is a misunderstanding. You can take a look at our demo site which loads fast despite the amount of plugins that are active on it and the longgg content.
Please create a ticket on our support site and we’ll definitely be able to take a look and help you

Love the theme, but have an urgent question. I am using the header on the left option (where the navigation menu is on the left side), and the logo appears WAY too big in Internet Explorer. Any advice? Site is this: http://ca1.3cf.myftpupload.com/
Hello!
Please go to Theme Options > Logo > Logo Settings and choose Center for the Logo Alignment option. That will fix it.

Hello,
on this site:
http://handbgroup.com.au/there is 1900 lines of css before we get to the content. This is really not good. Could you shed some light as to whats happening here and if there is a fix?
thanks
Hello!
Generally speaking CSS in the head tag is not a problem. It has no impact on SEO and doesn’t result in worse loading times.
But if you want to get rif of it to make tzhe head tag look “cleaner”, you can use the CSS compiler. Please go to Theme Options > Advanced and find: http://d.pr/i/1cVoV. Please make sure to read the notice there.
ThemeFusion Team
hmmm that option isnt in the advanced section for me?
Hello,
Which version of Avada are you using? You might need to update your theme.

Thanks!
Hello! I care about this issue. I checked the Avada-demo (http://demo.theme-fusion.com/) website-https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/. Shows a low download speed for mobile 49/100?
Hello!
And so do we. There are several reasons for this though. We are currently changing our setup, so the score has temporarily dropped. It will go up again soon. You can also see, that the biggest problem is the image optimisation, which we are currently working out. And please don’t forget that we also have a style selector for our users (which won’t be part of the theme) and that we load almost all features, because we show anything Avada can do. So for real life projects in general the scores will also be automatically higher.
We hope that helps.

Hi, can your theme do something like this website so that when someone clicks the navigation link on the top, the center body zooms to that page, instead of opens up a new page? http://www.manfromuncle.com/#home
Hello!
We have a one page parallax scrolling feature. So when you click on a link the pae can smoothly autoscroll to that section. See it here: http://theme-fusion.com/avada/one-page-parallax/
ThemeFusion Team
Hello,
Is there a way to add a hover effect (like the zoom in effect) for an image modal link?
Thanks!
Hello!
You can use the same shortcodes in modals, e.g. imageframe, and with such a setup the hover effect should work.

Hi!
I am considering to buy Avada Theme, but i have some questions.
I bought all Geodirectory plugins and addons, and i wish to know if they are all compatible with any of the templates of the Avada Theme.
Thank you!
Hello!
We can’t guarantee it, since we haven’t tested those plugins with the theme extensively, but so far, we don’t have heard back about issues from our userbase and in general well coded third party plugins work well with Avada.
We hope you decide to join the largest theme community out there

Hi! Thanks for your response. Can you check this link please?
http://geodirectory.themetailors.com/tt/portfolio/avada-child-theme-for-gd/Hello,
That is an Avada child theme made for Geodirectroy plugin. We do not control that but I’m sure it works and the guys over at Geodirectory will be able to tell you more.
Thanks
