I am not asking for a custom short-code. I’m simply asking how to add their 3 lines of code to the theme, so the lightbox pop-up works.
Where is the jquery file loading, if at all, within the theme. That will determine where to place their code.
A lightbox pop-up for WP is very common practice to use. So please advise where to put their lines of code:

I’m running into some issues on the portfolio pages. Here is the page I need help with: http://www.inhousephysicians.com/patient-handouts/
1) Portfolio page template inside the WP Editor won’t let me choose any alternative layouts other than full-width. I would like to use 3 column layout with RHS but every time I click my choice, my screen / viewport just gets taken to the top of the page without actually selecting my choice.
2) Featured images are not showing up for portfolio items. How can I remove the default grey placehold.it images so the actual images show up instead?

Follow up comment – issue #1 is consistent on Safari, Firefox, Chrome & Opera, and I tried on another computer too. I can’t actually select 3 column layout.

I deleted the designthemes core plugin via FTP, and reinstalled it as directed, however I am still not able to choose 1/3 column layout on our pages, nor can I see featured portfolio images on http://www.inhousephysicians.com.

Hello. I just bought the soulmedic theme and I have followed all instructions in the documentation file. But I could not get the images and sliders in the template , are displayed on the page. I already installed and activated all the recommended pulggins but nothing works. Can you help me please? Any solution would be great. 3) Sorry, We have not tested our theme with an third plugins other than the plugins listed in the themeforest page.
Instead of Visual Composer, you can use our inbuilt shortcode builder or Page Builder. You can easily create or customize the website content.

The logo on page www.praktijkbrunsting.nl is shown correctly on a desktop, but on mobile devices the soulmedic logo is still shown?

Kindly, Update the Retina logo from Buddha panel > General > Retina Logo, so that the mobile layout shows the retina logo. The retina logo should be exactly double the size of normal logo. If your normal logo is 100×200. Then your retina logo should be 200×400.

Hi, I have some external products on my website and the “add to cart” button does not show on the product detail page (works as expected). However, the “add to cart” button does show on the product-category page and any other place where there are product thumbs.. and it shouldn’t.

For a child theme, do I need to follow the exact file structure like in the parent theme, or is just one child folder fine, even when I altered files within ../frameworks/ ?
Also, which slider do you use on the Demo Page?

1) You cannot all the parent file from the child theme files. You can maximum edit the stylesheet and the functions from the child theme. For that you need to have a child theme folder and the stlye.css file and functions.php file.
