One purchase allows you to have access to all of our demos. However the single license you get allows you to use the theme on one finished site. So if you wanted to use 3 different sites, each with a different demo (agency, cafe, travel) then it would require 3 licenses if each site will be a finished live site.

You can use VC with Avada, however our shortcodes will not show up as individual elements as native VC shortcodes do. But you can use Avada shortcodes through the VC text element with our shortcode generator.

We’re interested in purchasing Avada but need to confirm if it works with a particular plugin. Has Avada been tested with the User Profiles Made Easy plugin (UPME)? If not, are any buyers using UPME successfully with Avada?
Also, in addition to being tested with The Events Calendar (TEC) and Events Calendar PRO, has Avada been tested with Community Events and Filters Bar (two other plugins that extend TEC functionality)?

We’ve not tested UPME plugin and also have not seen any reports of conflicts. It will work with Events Calendar regualr or Pro version. We’ve not tested it with Community Events or Filter bars though.
If an issue does arise, we ask that you contact the plugin developer to see if it is a known issue with themes and if there is a resolution. And you can post on our support forum with any details and we can check it out and see if we can resolve it. A majority of the time it is something minor that can be changed.

Avada comes with an ad widget, a contact info widget, a facebook widget, a flickr wigedt, one for recent works (portfolio entries9, one for social links, a tabs widget for recent posts and comments and a twitter widget.

Awesome! Definitely leaning towards going with Avada for our client’s sites. I do have two final pre-sales concerns after viewing the demo on smaller/mobile screens:
1. The dropdown menu only allows a user to click on a menu item when tapping the down arrow (clicking/tapping the text of the menu item doesn’t open that item). Is there a setting or snippet that changes this to allow clicking anywhere on the menu item (to either open up the sub-menu or go to the page if there is no sub-menu for that menu item)?
2. When clicking the Search icon, the cursor is not automatically placed in the search box (the user has to click the search bar to start typing). Is there a setting or snippet to change this so the user can start typing immediately after clicking on the Search icon?

My all categories url have been edited now. But now issue is coming in my portfolio pages url.
Previously my portfolio page url was: http://joharidigital.com/portfolio/winstim/. I wanted to remove ‘portfolio’ from my url. So I edited the portfolio slug from ‘Theme options ->portfolio’ and leave the field to empty.
But as I emptied the field, url is now: http://joharidigital.com/avada_portfolio/winstim/.
Please help how to remove ‘avada_portfolio’ from this url.

Hi,
Just a very simple question, I have a page using the 3 column portfolio. I have about 12 images on the page. When you click on the image I want it to open in a lightbox and you able to scroll through the remaining images. I don’t want it to navigate to a different page when you click the image.

Do you have the image rollover disabled? If you click on the “zoom” icon, it will popup a lightbox with a way to scroll through all the portfolio images on a page.

Thanks I did that, now it opens in lightbox and I can scroll through the images. Only problem it scrolls down vertically, I would rather it scroll horizontally which is more conventional please.
Hi – I’m building another website with your great theme, and have a question about the mobile menu. In portrait mode on the iPad the mobile menu appears, however in landscape mode the desktop version of the menu appears but wraps the menu items onto 2 lines. Is there a way to force the mobile menu for landscape mode on tablets?

Unfotunately, on landscape mode, you can only have the desktop menu. However, you can change the spacing between the menu items so that it goes on one line from theme options -> menu settings tab.

?portfolioID= adds a way to track from which portfolio page they came from. It is utilized to make sure the next/prev links within the single post page is navigating correctly.

100% height in CSS doesn’t work like 100% width. You will need an explicit height in order that the full width container stretches in height, e.g. 800px.
Apart from that you can do a javascript solution to make the height auto adopt.
Unfortunately this kind of customization falls outside of what we can provide within our support. We hope you understand.

DO NOT BUY THIS, so frustrated. I have purchased and then I try to setup a support ticket from all the issues and it tells me the api in themeforest is down so I cannot setup a ticket.
I keep getting errors such as the ones above everyone is complaining about.

I have tried all the WP-Config options, htaccess, and even created a php.ini file in the wp-admin and nothing works. I am beyond over this theme. ITS SUPER BUGGY. I would really appreciate some help being I purchased it. How do I get support. Put in my purchase code to get help but nothing works even on Themefusion site.
