When someone orders for example a shirt and selects the size of the shirt for some reason it’s not giving me the size after the order is completed. I get all of their information about the order except attributes like size, color, etc. Is there a way to fix this problem? Thanks!

Hi.. The author of this item is not responding to the tickets raised on the support site. I theme has so many bugs . He only asks for ftp and admin access . His standard answer for all questions is ” I need ftp and wp-admin access ” We dont give out these access to everyone . Please answer why cant you fix the bugs …. Why do u need wp-admin access when a clear step by step procedure has been given to you so u can see the issue yourself .

Hi, what are you talking about? You didn’t provide anything. If nobody has any problem and only you have some issues – it needs your settings. i can’t answeranything without accesses
As told i installed demo data and did the procedure as described in the ticket. As told several time in my responses i cannot provide ftp access . You can always follow 4 simple steps u will clearly see the issue . If u cannot reproduce the issue i told i can share the snapshots of everything …. And u didn’t event respond until i put a comment here . The ticket is pending from 10 days without support . So this is bad support .
You didnt even care to read through the mail and simply told u will not support until admin access is provided . Why is this information missing in your support details .
Why cant u reproduce the issue at ur end ???

Great theme, love the Wordpress one. I have a client that needs a site like this but their local stores (that order items) have old pc’s with IE 8(and no option to update), I noticed your Magento theme is backwards compatible to that but your HTML and WordPress themes are only backwards to 9+.
Is there any way I could get a patch for WP or HTML version (IE 8 compatible) for this need and give you another sell? Magento does not work with my store management system.

When you change the layout to either boxed or framed, why is it that the footer stays full width and only the header changes to fixed the boxed width? Is it possible to use boxed width, keep the footer full width but also make the header full width?
For header and footer we have separated options fullwidth on/off
Beautiful theme, love the style. Does this theme support up-sells, cross-sells, grouped products? I couldn’t find a product that does variables, do you have a link? For Product Categories, can the menu stay expanded, actually open already expanded when entering the site? What about On Sale, Top Rated, Best Sellers, Featured Products, does it do these?

I adjust it under “body background” to #BCBEC0 and yet it doesn’t do anything. I can only seem to change the Row background color and it looks weird.
