Got the same problem as this:
Love the demo theme but cannot get the “import demo” feature in theme options to work. It just hangs and hangs, then nothing appears but a blank page. no matter how many times and no matter which demo- the “import demo” feature does not work.
I Then tried the all-in-one wp migration you recommend to others. But again no success. I click restore, it gets to 100% and then says “could not import.”
This is extremely frustrating. pls pls pls advise. I would like to upload demo home version 4. What am i missing here?

Hi, Could you use wp super cache or w3 total cache plugin? When use these plugins, you should exclude the following pages from the cache. My Account, Cart, Checkout, Wishlist, etc. Regards.

We changed some pages like home version 5, home version 9 pages in porto 2.4.2. When edit the page, you can see the visual composer rows and columns elements. Please edit the first row or the columns of first row. When edit these, please remove “m-t-n-{xx}” extra class or margin top in design section.
I remove el_class=”m-t-n-md” and this problem is solved. Thanks.

The original Porto wordpress theme was removed permanently due to lack customer service, and this is completely new different with old one. You should contact the author Spyropress to get support.

Isn’t it ridiculous that this theme don’t come with own theme update system? :3 Why I will use envato update plugins or manually update the theme? You should add the theme update feature in theme option section.
Hi I am not sure what is going on. Since the 8th Saturday I updated only main plugins e.g. Woocommerce, WP and the theme. The theme and my ecommerce shop is not working anymore. At the checkout it says that no shipping methods were selected… I checked that and shipping methods are still there. After saving product page to be sure that those shipping methods are correct THE ADD TO CARD button disapeard. I had that a few months ago. Then I decided to build the page from scratch. Also when I view an old orders I cant see products bought my customers. Only the total amount.
Do you have an idea what is going on?
I ve google it and found that it happens mostly after WP update.

Sorry, what do you mean? Porto is using Master Slider.
maybe you forgot, there is the option to use Slider Revolution as well in banner type – Even if I load via the normal method of placing the slider shortcode in a txt field on a blank page it fails to load

turns out its Brainstorm’s plugin thats the problem child – I have had nothing trouble with all sorts of stuff using Porto but I love it so I persist!. Maps not showing, woocommerce product search not showing thumbs, and so on – the second I disabled Brainstorm’s plug, presto!! EVERYTHING works again… that plug has a ton of function but it’s super heavy and created conflicts with a lot of very well known and respected plugs
Hope this helps – maybe rethink Brainstorm integration somehow

Please disable the unused modules in Ultimate on admin sidebar after activate ultimate addons plugin. You should purchase yith woocommerce ajax search premium plugin and customize it in porto theme.
We already tried to help you as much as we can, is it difficult for you to help us on the review? It would encourage our work.

Hi, If you are going to use woocommerce plugin, you can use woocommerce review system. If not, you should install third party plugin.
