This Theme appears above and beyond great looking theme. However i’m having trouble installing the Dummy Data Content, I keep getting Remote server did not respond, error message for each item when uploading demo content. I submitted a ticket aswell to your support. Is there an issue going on with Uploading the demo content?

Hi. I just purchased/install the theme and I see that WP Bakery Visual Composer plugins is not updated to the latest version. Can you please tell me if I must purchase this plugin from Code Canyon or I can update this plugin for free ?

Hello, we release latest version of VC with every theme update. You can purchase VC if you would like to, but we don’t guaranty that current theme version will work with new VC version.

Is there a way to change the color scheme for the overall design? or just by editing the code?

Hi Guys. I’m having an issue with the top header. In the demo it shows other content in the top. I have social icons there and I cant seem to add a phone number next to the login / user button

Hi Nick, Bought your excellent theme today, installed it successfully, including demo data, but I’m encoutering some wonky behavior when putting a logo in and choosing for boxed/wide etc… It seemes like not all of the settings are being saved or being deployed as they should be… (Yes I found the save button in the top right). Also, when uploading a logo and placing it to be in line with the menu, it pushes the menu down… Am I doing stuff wrong, or do these things sound familiar? Thanks in advance, bye, Ward

Great, I made responses to the ticket again.

1) I already turned off “Show Google Map” and the map is still showing (on the services page).

2) The dropdown menu width is still very wide. See video: http://screencast.com/t/ihwimF9sG

I checked in both Chrome and Firefox for the dropdown menu width

3) The ‘Submit” button in the slider disappears and can’t be clicked when viewed on mobile. Video: http://screencast.com/t/yuNlZKlvfh6

Can you make it so that the submit button still stays visible? That’s pretty crucial if someone wants to fill out the form and click Submit.

4) Where do I go to change the settings for when someone fills out the form in the slider and clicks Submit? I’d like to set the email address that will be the recipient of the message once a visitors clicks the Submit button.

I will check with your support operators, but I am also experience some issues with your data dump. I followed up on your videos, and it does look like there is an issue from your end, because I do get a congratulations that I completed the data dump, but not everything has been transfered over, the home page doesn’t exist, and images seem to be lost. I’ll follow up with your support operator, but I’m experiencing the same issues that WTSS is experiencing, and I’ve been working on this the past 3 hours, running my own checklist making sure I’m doing anything incorrect.

This is not an installation question, as I have already installed the theme on my wp site. I am now facing issues importing the dummy data from your “Install Dummy Data” tool. It does not work and I can’t find the solution. It seems that there are problems importing from your end.

I have been waiting patiently for almost 3 days and given you guys many chances to help solve the problem but you have been trying to push the issue to my hosting server which I have checked and found no problems with.

I am now very frustrated and would like to suggest that you guys focus on helping me solve this issue to get the dummy data imported to my website instead of pushing the problem elsewhere. This is a fair request but I am not getting any help. Why can’t anyone in your team help me solve this issue.

This is excellent guys. I think it’d be great as a salon theme too, Hey, on the home page, are you using a custom post for the services? Also, can you make the featured image under “our services” linkable too, opposed to a pop-up. I think id’ be more effective. Great theme :))
